      I've been seeing them for years now. They happen every once in a while, but not in any traceable pattern. They just appear randomly.

       

      They look like thin cut wounds, the kind you could get from a blade or something, but I've checked my pillow and sheets and found no traces of blood. Where could i have acquired these cuts?
