  1. 1. I'm interested in tech, math, programming etc.. I'm a techy guy. 2. My hobbies are mostly reading, video games and Basketball 3. Either one of my hobbies, but i can be flexible too. Watching a movie, solving a crossword or sharing a cold one with friends is fine for me. 4. I work in a tech firm in finance. It's a student position so the pay is crap, but I'm hoping for a promotion.
  2. I differentiate between friends and family. I carry a different sort of respect to my family than i do to my friends, but for the sake of argument I'll say this. My big brother is also definitely my friend. As for the rest, well, i lost too much family for them to have anymore meaning to me.
  3. I'm a city guy. Nightlife, noise and dusty buildings is what I'm all about. I might be interested in moving to the country one day when starting a family or whatever, but not right now. I went to sleep in the country and the lack of background noise and pollution prevented me from sleeping lol

    gaming Doom 4

Doom holds a very nostalgic place in my heart. I believe it was the very first video game i played on the PC. I could be wrong though -- i was five, this is 20 years ago.
  5. I dislike the feeling around my wrist for some reason. Makes me feel like my hands are bound.
  6. I wouldn't react at all. Part of the thrill (at least the way I see it) in mythical creatures is actually discovering their existence. If it's already common knowledge, then why bother?
  7. Probably a corvid. They have a simple beastly nobility, but they are also some of the cleverest birds, possessing some of the highest amounts of intelligence in the animal kingdom.
  8. Sometimes I do. Sometimes pleasant dreams turn into nightmares mid-dream. Sometimes I roll with it and It doesn't bother me as much. And sometimes, I wake up at night cold-sweating... it's a mixed bag.
  9. As some have mentioned earlier, there's a reason for that. Technically speaking, they're not full of air, but of a mixture of nitrogen that prevents the chips from oxidizing and going stale.
  10. Everyone loses motivation, you're right about that. But you have to think about what's important to you in life in order to succeed. Nobody got where they are by staying in one place. When i work, study, or otherwise do something meaningful in my personal life, i try to put my heart and soul into it, because at oftentimes a job half done is worse than nothing done at all. Don't get me wrong, i hate effort as much as the next guy, but i know that i could never forgive myself for failure if i haven't given it all i got. Losing an opportunity to inaction is the worst crime the oblivious can commit.
  11. I don't. In my opinion, the concept is silly because it's basically guesswork by the human mind, trying to assign form to an amorphous fear without trying to understand it first. Doesn't mean I don't get scared... I just try to rationally see through supposed paranormal phenomenon.
  12. Most of these food places where you get it from a machine don't sell you pure drinks, it's because it's easier to get more money over the amount of drink acquired out of you this way.
  13. Swimming at the beach is fun, especially in punishingly hot countries such as mine. Either that, or i crank up the AC, watch a vid or study.
  14. There are a lot of traits about me that i dislike. First off, I would have myself become more massive and have it easier to gain weight. I'm currently a somewhat lanky dude with an inability of gaining weight. My lack of empathy towards most people is somewhat of an acquired trait. I would prefer being more sensitive to people. Finally, i would keep the rest of me as is. I was never happy with some of my problems, but other than what i detailed above i learned to overcome my shortcomings and even make some of them into my strengths.
  15. I never did, in fact. Then again, English is not my primary tongue.
  16. My IQ is 148. I too believe minds have to challenged to maintain a good mental prowess, not unlike straining a muscle. I'm a computer science major (close to graduation in fact) and my orientation is all about tech and software. Programming, Maths and Software development are my forte. Do i think myself smart? Yes. I believe myself to be well-educated and clever enough in both obtaining knowledge and utilizing it.
  17. It's just how some people are. Sometimes you don't understand how attached to a person you've become until they're gone.
  18. I was a lonesome, awkward teen with anger issues. After 19 i sorta turned into moody and contemplative, brooding guy. Nowadays i'm basically a mixed bag i suppose.
  19. Personal favorite is Turkish Delights.
  20. I'm a student. I eat what i can afford. (I prefer meat though because the flavor is better lol.)
  21. I wouldn't consider me wholly conservative but I'm definitely right wing. It's a cultural thing. Where I'm from socialism and its derivative policies are somewhat of a pipe dream, at least the way i see it.
  22. Either we find NEW methods to deal with them or we will die out, it's as simple as that. Medicine, Technology and pesticides are all constantly evolving, just as diseases do and parasites do. It's a struggle to outkill the opposition.
  23. I brush before sleep, and after eating breakfast. Unless I'm skipping breakfast, then I'm brushing anyway. Teeth are a precious commodity, don't have them damaged if you can prevent that.
