  1. Hmm, I'm rather flexible as long as it involves no work. Going for a game of pool with the guys, or having dinner with the lady, maybe just going to the movies and taking a walk home at night to clear my head; I prefer some relaxation after my usually stressful weekdays.
  2. In a word? Redundancy. Paper and ink cost + somewhat long delivery times gave way to instant messaging with a fast and reliable medium. I get what you're saying but those 'personal' letters from the bank i could do without lol
  3. I got a free Education edition for students. It seems to be much better than that 8 crap, which is already a bonus. I don't mind the whole "durr Microsoft tracking meee duurrr" thing, i don't have anything to hide on my PC anyway. It has several components which provide better support for new software, too, which is great.
  4. I'm a sugar nut. When the crave hits me i eat huge amounts of sugar. I don't like it, but this is who i am. Luckily i seem to be handling it fine; i don't appear to be close to diabetes risk thankfully.
  5. I'm inclined to say it will, but honestly, the people who make up the fanbase change on an individual level and the franchise will (FiM won't last forever i'm afraid), so i don't know. It may be reduced to being less significant, but i don't think the fandom will die out as fast.
  6. There's a reason why it still exist. Various documents and attachments need to be physical, after all. Or original. Not that i use it; email is the way i send letters, if at all.
  7. Well, if forums are indeed a waste of time, then I'd feel somewhat relieved that I was never one to manage my free time properly anyway.
  8. I like it. I prefer mustard though. Or some spice to bring out the taste.
  9. I'm partial towards fries myself.
  10. Oh-ho! Where to begin. I got shocked twice, once when i was a toddler, and stupid enough to stick my finger into an electric outlet, and once when i was 9, when tried to pick up a severed electric cord. I got singed more times then i care to remember. Chipped a small edge of one tooth when i slammed into a closed door. Took a shot to the head from a telephone post i walked into without looking. Even kept walking while i was bleeding profusely (It didn't quite hurt, i only noticed when my warm blood ran on my face).
  11. I'd take it without second thought. My rationale is that even without me around, everything i know and love will be gone eventually, no matter my personal grief. So why be morose about it? As an immortal being i have the ability to learn so much, understand the universe and explore places others could only dream of. I could perform feats so incredible i'd be either considered a superhero or the scourge of humanity. Pain, heartbreak and sadness are washed away by time, and i'll have a nigh-infinite amount. Either way, i'll have the absolute freedom to choose my own fate, when im not held back by the flaws of the mortal form.
  12. Sometimes, but in the end it's not a reason to prevent you from expressing yourself. Just because you don't always see a reply doesn't mean what you have to say isn't valid or important.
  13. No regrets. I write my thoughts as they are, knowing full well they may no longer be factual or in-line with current information after a certain period of time. You shouldn't feel bad for having a change of mind-- i personally think that people who don't learn, listen, or refine their opinion come new information are the ones that should feel bad.
  14. I recall eating a dish some 7-8 years ago in a foreign restaurant on a trip to europe.. it came with a hot sauce called "Red buffalo eyes". I got a weak sense of taste so hot sauces is something i usually shrug off (or even welcome, considering they make a noticeable taste for my tastebuds). Emphasis on USUALLY. That sauce was so spicey i could feel burning hellfire billowing from my throat. It was awesome!
  15. I could see it as a reboot of FiM; or something else entirely. Gen.4 Was actually well-executed, so it'd be interesting to see how they go for another fresh start while applying what they've seen so far.
  16. I have a terrible sense of taste. As such, i like to eat foods with a strong, noticeable flavor. One in particular is onions. I would eat an Onion about as easily as one would eat an apple.
  17. I tend to try and resist this one particular urge. Though i often give in and scratch.
  18. I'll either use my home desktop computer, or my smartphone.
  19. Poisoning, Venomous creatures, Deadly diseases. By extent, i really dislike hospitals. Other than that? The occassional fear that nothing we ever do is meaningful and that my brain is but a cleverly self-motivating machine set to perform energy consuming tasks in order to expire eventually.
  20. It's funny, I never really liked math up until i finished High school. After a long period of meditation, figuring out what i wanted of life, i made a paradigm shift and it turns out the switch in thinking method helped. Math, science, logic are pretty much my bread and butter nowadays. I'm finishing up a bachelor's degree in computer science not long from now. A common mistake would be assuming im automatically good in computers (i am actually very technically adept, but that's beside the point), because my speciality is coding, which is more about telling the computer what to do rather than making sure it's running.
  21. That's actually quite impressive, considering they have to perform special feats regarding their sphere of influence it would mean Celestia and Luna somehow displayed incredible prowess and knowledge of Solar and Lunar magic, respectively
  22. I set my laptop to work on whatever projects my professors wish to torment me with for the time being, feed my cats and grab a snack for myself.
  23. My place on the bed is by the wall, and so the window is next to the other side of the bed.
  24. I think it's okay to admire (and even feel romantically inclined towards) fictional characters. I also think it's equally important to distinguish between reality and fiction. These characters usually sport an ideal personality (or one perceived as such by the spectator) which is a rarity in other people. I get why people may be attracted to such, but it's just a fantasy, and eventually one way or another facing reality is something we all do.
  25. Either one's fine really. Im easy to please i suppose.
