  1. Beautiful, graceful little boogers. I absolutely love cats! I have two as pets, actually.
  2. It probably most depends on how well you're sitting. Honestly, sitting for a lot isn't good for your health, but sometimes it can't be helped.
  3. I'd go with crows, hyenas and panthers. Those are my favorites.
  4. I'd go with the ability to read and control minds, only that the process fatigues you the more you do it.
  5. Orc / Nord. I usually go around in plate armour, splattering brains with a gigantic mace/axe.
  6. Classical music, rock, jazz - I mostly like oldies, though
  7. No, I don't feel the same way I feel after a real life conversation, after an internet communication. I feel more guarded and self conscious when actually talking to people, and after a while I feel mentally spent. Not so much around the internet.
  8. I was never a 'geek' or a 'nerd', more of a 'freak' back then. I was just fine with that, too. Because who cares what they used to think anyway.
  9. I don't know how it is in your place, but schools try to teach you a bit of everything. You're supposed to realize your strengths on your own and pursue a career and a lifestyle that suits them. Problem is when you're a teenager and your mind is elsewhere, and you have no pressing need for thinking of your future. Lots of people that did poorly at highschool will have to work harder to apply at a decent academic institution. On the flip side, you can get pretty good higher education here. So it evens out.
  10. Depends on your country's branches I suppose. I used to work for Domino's. Do I have stories. But I'll save you the imagery and just let you know that I'd rather make my orders from pizza hut despite theirs feeling greasy.
  11. I'm an introvert, but maybe somewhat of an ambivert too. I can deal well with social interactions and I don't mind either way. I just don't actively seek them out, usually.
  12. I never saw one of those videos you speak of, but it doesn't sound so funny. Then again, as long as nobody is hurt in the process (they are just filming some animals humping / defecating, right) what's wrong with that? I mean it's a little weird and a little gross but if that's not your cup of tea than just don't watch.
  13. I'm not sure. I don't know what to make of the future, but it is exciting to find out. Can't wait to see about a manned mission to Mars
  14. Yeah. It's more about the opportunism and how people blow it out of proportions that annoy me. It's more about the love for money (your money) than a celebration of love itself it feels. If I wish to buy a gift for my fiancee, I don't need to wait for Valentine's to do. I'd prefer to buy it when it's not overpriced and surprise her. Also not to take her to a crowded place - this time we ordered pizza and had a quiet evening home together.
  15. X-Com. The guys that get the alien scum suckers off our planet! As for company? Hmm, I would have to say Aperture Science from portal. Not really sure about government.
  16. Probably gonna get some flowers and hang around home for my date, ordering pizza, cuddling in the indoor warmth and watching movies we like. I always feel sorry for the guys taking their dates to one of those fancy places. It's gonna be packed. Might not be super romantic but it will be fun at least.
  17. Death is the end. Just because someone might grow bored of life doesn't mean you have to be. An eternity of learning and experiencing new things is great. You might argue that you'll have to watch your closest friends die off, but hey, when you live forever, you eventually move past it.
  18. I think I was 7 or 8 during summer vacation, when I first saw a Freddy Krueger film on TV late at night. I was so scared I couldn't force myself to climb to my bed that night. I fell asleep in the living room with my eyes open. They hurt like hell for a while afterwards lol
  19. I wasn't interested in studying when in highschool. That was, I feel, the teachers' failure. That said, I did get to do lots of things. I wouldn't call most of them mature however. I do believe it can be the best years of one's life - if you have yourself figured out. Otherwise you'll end up full of regrets.
  20. It's a rough sport. I used to practice, but then I once took a kick to my jaw that knocked me out cold. If you can't handle it, don't do it. There's no shame. But the people participating in championships are usually good sports. It's the amount of contact involved that can get you. You don't have to outlaw the sport because it involves injuries, that's asinine.
  21. I only like chewy foods if they struggle a bit, like ligaments or tendons of meat for instance. Though I do prefer most other foods to be crunchy.
  22. I used to change my haircut once in a while when I grew bored with it. But lately I have adopted the lazy cut philosophy, which means I'm basically using a shaving machine to shave my hair off. Saves time and money.
  23. I have almost no accent. This is because I have a tendency to mimic and adjust to the way people speak to me (on a phonetic level). It's not perfect though, and I can do it only when speaking a language I know well enough.
  24. Nobody will execute you for not following the news. You're, however, at a disadvantage. Because what happens out there affects your life in various ways, even indirectly and sometimes in ways you can't fathom. Now, mainstream media can also be a potential source for information, but you should always take everything with a grain of salt as news outlets serve their own agenda. If you're interested in a piece of information, you should always check your sources.
