    I got put in charge of a team in my department! I've never really been in a 'lead' position before, so this is going to be interesting...wish me luck!

      The department at my work that I'm a part of. We work in the apartment leasing industry and specifically we're responsible for maintaining all of the dynamic leasing documentation our clients use. I've been put in-charge of the team working on New York clients/forms.
