    To be quite honest, this surprised me.
     
    I was expecting terrible humour, bad writing and overall just a deplorable TV "special". But no
     
    Somehow this was much MUCH worse.
     
    Throughout the episode they tried to do the whole "hero vs hero" angle (ala Captain America vs iron man.). But instead of making both the super teams look strong (like any SANE TV writer would have done). They tried to constantly pander to the audience by pegging the teen titans squad as the immature, lazy, "heroes" who don't actually fight any bad guys. and pegging the...I'm guessing 4th grade PPGs as the straight man to that, the mature, hard-working heroes. But, and this is the main problem with the TTGO series general. Admitting your faults to the audience, ISN'T funny. It's lazy and without improvement it just looks like you're aiming to piss off anybody who dares to watch. Especially fans of the old show
     
    They've done this with numerous episodes, wally t, the fourth wall, that one Slade episode, and now this. Saying that you suck is not a reason to keep sucking.
     
    And as for the Powerpuff girls? Well, they're pretty much non-existent. Yeah, they have some lines and "action" scenes. But they pretty much just fade into the background, ironically, that's the main problem with PPG reboot. For the most part the show isn't terrible, but at the same time it isn't good. Just me, it's not memorable and with any other show that'd be fine. But when trying to reboot such a beloved series, me isn't good enough and that's how you get such bad ratings as this show has.
     
    Overall, this crossover just accent's the worse part of these two shows and magnifies them to about 100. *Sigh* if you're looking for a GOOD crossover I'd suggest the Steven universe and the uncle Grandpa crossover. Now I detest everything dealing with uncle Grandpa, but this episode used the most positive aspects if the show and paired that with the wonderful writing of Rebecca sugar and some actual FUNNY humour. They combined their strengths to make a good episode, like a crossover should accomplish. Anyway, I'm done. If you disagree with my comment why down below and see y'all later.
     
    Oh yeah, beast boy and cyborg do something with mojo Jojo or whatever, I don't care.

    I haven't made many reviews in a while I wont be making any for a while longer my headphones broke right I was trying to review the season 2 premiere. but instead of reviewing that episode im letting my fans(the tens of them) pick yep! you get to pick the episode or fan made animation I review!!!!! the episode or animation with most votes wins!!! to vote just simply put the name of the episode or animation in the comments below and I will count them up and see who wins! and give a little advice to make my reviews better because i didn't like my last review when I read over it. so get voting! and brony out!

    welcome to my review of episode of mlp:fim we start off with celestia narrating a book about how Luna was banish to the moon. one intro later twilight rejects going to a party that moondancer is throwing. this starts a problem with twilight being portrayed that makes her seem like a a**hole she is mean to spike by not saying sorry to him after she clearly saw herself accidently hit spike with the door. being rude to all of her future friends especially pinkie pie and cringing every time that friend of friends is said and lastly calling every in ponyville crazy which is kind of rude. Anyway after seeing a book that says nightmare moon will return at the summer sun celebration she notifies princess celestia right away. after celestia basically tells twilight she crazy and sends her check on the preparation for the celebrations. she meets the first of the rest of the mane 6 pinkie pie. nothing really important she just screams and run away....(facepalm). anyway twilight meets up with applejack and the whole apple family. nothing happen important here so yeah. than she meets up with my favorite pony rainbow dash oh yeah! other than rainbow clears the clouds in ten secs nothing much happens here again. Than she meets fluttershy, than pinkie who throw twilight a party and twilight is ungrateful :okiedokielokie:.ugh I understand that twi needs to get back to her studies but at least should be grateful that someone threw her a party out of the kindness of their heart and twilight isn't even grateful. friendship is magic my a**. anyway upon arriving to the celebration. twilight turns out to be right about nightmare moon as she is here instead of celestia. after nightmare moon says she will drown equestrian in external darkness twilight rushes to her home and she meets with mane 6 while looking about he elements of harmony. discovering that there in the dangerous everfree forest she wants to go it only but the mane 6 go with her a cliff breaks and after applejack tells twilight to let go she falls into the hoofs of fluttershy and rainbow dash who already saved everyone alse and fluttershy shows kindness to a mancora tames it. rarity cuts her tail for a dragon to replace his shaved beard rainbow dash doesn't leave her friends foe the shadowbolts pinkie laughs at the face of danger and they meet with nightmare moon and one taste the rainbow motherf***er moment we are done. well there were problems with the episode like twis meanness but all in all thought it was good bye and brony out
