Heheh, yah --- "just one more year for me huehuehue"

For now I'll have either A. Wait a year; or B. Drink anyways, lolol.

Everyone I know from where I live drunk before lol. I even have but I don't like alcohol so I don't drink very often. (Nothing against people who drink just that alcohol is the worst tasting thing on the planet to me)

^^^ See, I'm not a partier. I don't do "parties" at all. I'm introverted... and parties are to loud and make me nervous. No, I'd rather chill out somewhere [in one safe place] with a close friend, and have either some Southern Comfort or Mikes Hard.

  2. Yah... see, it's kind of a cliche catch phrase when people say "pastel ponies" - but, it's legitimately the truth - their colors are truly pastel. --- To the rest of y'all making color comparisons... Lmao. It's obvious that the ponies, and in this case, RD, looks better with pastel colors.
  3. A happy birthday to my birthday buddy, filled with good cheer and wishes; a gal as sweet as sugar and honey, plus she's cool, bright, and ambitious.

  4. @, Because the show literally uses pastel colors. https://www.google.com/search?q=pastel+yellow Eeyup. It's seriously as simple as that.

  7. Hmm, that was a pretty cool homecoming parade today. Makes me miss high school. Miss being in band. Ahh, good times I had... Anywho, it's just nice to be home for the weekend again. (Just wish my truck got better gas mileage, lol)...

I really like how she jumped to the buffalo defense as quickly as she did. Some don't like that episode ... that that scene and the train car 'slumber party' are some of the best in the Season

  11. I'm going to bed. I know I have 21 notifications right now, but I can't. I gotta get some sleep. Have a chemistry test at 10, and that's in 8 hours. Oops. Bed go to will now I. Dreams sweet. lol... G'night folks.

Haha, sleep well :) and destroy the test tomorrow!

  12. Time and time again have I spoken works laden with blunt truthfulness. It is no question to ask myself the element that I can most closely relate. Even when it would sometimes be to my own disadvantage, I just hate lying. Some say the truth may be harder to tell, but somehow, for me, the truth is both easier to tell, and more self-fulfilling to tell. It is with these regards that I may deem my myself with this badge of honor; the element of Honesty. 'Tis of both justice and mercy, dually intertwined, that one can find that the most simplest of lies can leave a long lasting bitter taste in one's mouth, and in one's heart. Honesty. It is what it is, and it is good.
  13. I swear, like seriously, if I didn't know any better, I'd think you were a professional actor in musical plays (drama/theatre performances). I mean... I... I don't know where to begin, lol. Your voice is smooth and pleasant, yet still strong and vigorous. You are in always in tune. Your key changes are spot on amazing. You even did a great job trying to "act" like the corresponding pony singing, hehe. And, amusingly as it might be, I really liked the part of the song where you were impersonating Rarity's singing. But I mean... Just... everything, all of it - it was entrancing. It was just really freakin' good. But if I said it was 100% perfection you'd call me a liar. So, I'll call 99.9% perfection. *wink* As far as I could tell from listening to this like probably 4 times, I only could manage to hear like 2 off-pitch notes in total. They were during Fluttershy's part. Here's the lyric just in the section of her part where I found two, tiny, tiny pitch errors. I will bold the syllables that I thought were just a bit off. "These bats are mamas and papas too. They care for their young just like we ponies do" That was, honest-to-goodness, the only places I heard anything off. Everything else was *apples* perfect. Keep on keepin' on, Zygen. Your voice is music to my ears. With Love; Yours Veraciously, Miles
  14. Uhh... what, um... Houston, we have a glitch: http://puu.sh/bC9VC/c814823da9.png --- I had to time the screen cap /perfectly/ because it would *blip* on-off; wouldn't be there for 2 seconds, then for like one-tenth of a second it would appear and then disappear again. Anyone else seeing this?

@Miles, That always does stuff ;p.

It's not really that big of a deal though as far as effecting things, is it?

    3. Miles

      Miles

It's not really doing anything negative besides just that. I'm not too worried about it. Too many tabs open with stuff I don't wanna lose (or have to go back to) if I restarted my computer. I'll restart it some other time, lol.

  15. Alright guys, I've got class at 6, and I have some readings to do beforehand, so I'm heading off for a while. See y'all later tonight, though. Peace.

  16. Throwback to some music I used to listen to when college wasn't even in the back of my mind... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34_aceJYyys --- Yeah, that's right. Damn good song.

Yes they make very good music. I think that, what happened was, somehow a small group of haters starting saying they were bad because "they're like the most generic rock band" and then, like the sheep that people can be, everyone jumped on the bandwagon. Truth is, Nickelback's sound is very unique, and Chad Kroeger's voice cannot even be closely impersonated by anyone. Side note: this song has a special meaning to me...

      Zygen

I don't really understand why Nickleback is really bad honestly, I actually kinda like some of their stuff.

I feel like many just hate for the bandwagon reason.

  17. Wow... /Just/ 4 days... and I have *raises eyebrow* HOW many notifications!? http://puu.sh/bBFOo/bbb1786440.png --- alrighty then... 4 hours til my next class; I'll need 1 hour to look at the pre-quiz, but... okay, these next 3 hours are gonna be spent looking at those notifications, lmao. *shifts into overdrive* Let's do this *smirk*

I went the easy route. See, most of'em were status updates, so I just looked at more recent ones. Didn't look at the "[person] replied to [thread]" ones, except I did look at the ones where someone quoted/brohoofed my posts. Sooo... yah, I'm done now. Lmao.

I remember when I would get like 100 notifications easily in a day.

Now I get around like 50.

But in 4 days, I would've had like 500, I get around 200-250 though usually, probably because I have added so many people on here ;p.

  18. Oh... my... goodness... I haven't had a burger from Dairy Queen since half a year ago. Oh, this is well deserved. So freaking good... *nom nom* ^_^

Awe, gee-whiz, thanks. I don't really try to be popular. Humbly, I just do what I do. Guess people seem to like me. I'd like to assume that if my friends here were to describe me with 4 words, they'd likely be "Honest," "Verbose," "Traditional," and "Loving." At least, that is what I aspire to be, and at least what I hope to be thought like. ^_^

  19. Well... I'm heading home for the weekend. Guess there's some stuff I have to do, but I don't remember what, lol. *Sigh* An hour and a half drive awaits... I'll be back on later tonight, but for now, see yuh fellers later!

  20. Oh that's cool! Yah, what's funny is that my dad's birthday is 2 days after mine on the 22nd. LOL - that is a different kind of golden. But, haha, yes, 21 is most definitely going to be a fun birthday, if you know what I mean . Not that it won't, uh... be my first drink, hehehehe... IMEAN... --- edit: tried to delete duplicate pic...
  21. Thanks. They say your "golden birthday" is the day of the month on which you become the age of that day - my birthday is September 20th, 1994 - but, gosh, I sure don't feel too golden about it, lol.
  22. Oh dude, I feel your pain, literally. I've had back and neck problems for a long time... and I'm only 19. I don't do regular visits to the chiropractor, but, I've had to go a few times here and there out of necessity. Last semester, I had 2 or 3 vertabrae in my upper-back/lower-neck that were rotated slightly out of natural position, causing chilling, spiky pains in my neck, back, and even in my shoulders and arms. Couldn't move my neck. Luckily, my chiro saved the day, and popped it all back into place... 3 years ago, I had a sprained sacroiliac joint (the joint that connects your back to your hip). Bad timing, too; it happened the day I had to go get fitted for my tux for prom. I could barely bend over to get my pants on! So, after getting fitted, I somehow drove to a nearby chiropractic place, and got it torqued back into place. Gosh damn that hurt like a bitch, too. I believe you could have heard my swearing 2 rooms over when he popped that back into place... I'll only be 20 in 8 days... and mentally I still feel like a kid... but physically, I feel like I'm over 40 sometimes.
  23. LOL! Well whattaya know! This is the same reason for me as well. I'm stiil like AJ like I've always been - I grew up in a small country town, in which has a population of 2500 people, a high school of ~230 students, and a senior grad class of 43 classmates! We've got a "farm" out of town (I used quotes because it's not really an actual farm, just 7 acres of property that used to be a crop field, but we turned it into usable space for other purposes) where my mom has 2 of those 7 acres fenced in for her horse. I also ride my four-wheeler (Yamaha Raptor 350) out there. Anyway, I've always lived the country-life growing up. I love my small country hometown. Now I'm in college - University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) - and the culture shock was bad; it took a long time to get used to living in a big city. Honestly, I don't like Springfield (but it's better than having went to college in Peoria, IL or in Chicago, IL), mostly because I don't like driving in the city. It's so much different than driving in or between small towns. Heck, I've got ONE stoplight back at home! That's it! Here, there's like 4 lanes one way, and it's... gahhhh. But, going back to what you were saying about Twilight and yourself - despite being a country boy at heart, I'm a nerd, lmao. I have many of the country-boy quirks about me (and I'm always wearing my ball cap); plus, I drive a truck (01 F-150); but, as a student, I'm just like Twilight. I graduated high school with a 4.05 GPA (yes, out of 4.0!) and got a 24 on my ACT (which is actually pretty average, but, I hated the ACT, because it's taken junior year when I did not know much Calculus at all), and now in college, I have a 3.87 GPA. I'm always going all out on my homework, and my papers are very over-achiever-like (last year, our final paper was a 10 page paper, and I had 12 pages lol). So yah, it's a weird contradiction; I'm both like AJ and like Twilight at the same time. I'm a nerdy country-boy, hahaha. I'd say my own element is Honesty, lol, but I love the nerdy, sciency, magic, etc. too. Yeah, I like the way you presented them! You do a great job. Lol, well, despite what you may see that seems unrelated, believe me, AJ is the main focus. I always try to post a picture and/or try to talk about AJ in my posts. Eeyup, that's the way I see the leader-board as well. --- Heh... so fellers, how's life been? Any one else back in college? This was my third week back to UIS as a sophomore. --- Ah, the end of the week. This picture of AJ describes my mood to a T right now; a little tired, a little dirty, but still kickin', and a smile on my face. Keep on keepin' on, fellers.
  24. Funny you should mention that. When I first became a brony, Rarity was also my least favorite. But then, shortly after joining here, making some friends, seeing some posts, etc... *DO A BARREL ROLL* She somehow managed to climb her way up the ladder, and now Rarity is far from my least favorite. All in all, when I'm watching the show, different episodes can cause my favs to change randomly, but in the end, if I had to come to some conclusion of a top 3 My Favorites list (Top 3): 1. AJ (Of course hehe) 2. Twilight (Whoa, really? Yah no kidding, shocking coming from me, eh?) 3. Rarity (Eeyup. She moved up from the caboose pretty fast) I just can't decide on the rest. I love ALL the ponies... so, it's kinda hard to get down to the knitty-gritty with 4th, 5th, and 6th place. Lol. --- Here's a different style for y'all:
  25. Kudos for the work you do, you probably deserve more recognition than what you get. I personally feel honored to know you take the time to compile all this info. *tips hat* --- Hmm... UH OH... Looks we've got some work to do. Lets get'r'done, fellers! Can't let them Dashie fans take our 2nd place from us! March! MARCH! To be fair... I do think you have one good point, in that it's nonsensical to talk down about RD's abilities, I mean, obviously she's proven to be pretty damn good at doing what she does best. That being said, I'd place her right before Pinkie and Fluttershy, and below Rarity (who'd be below AJ). --- Game on!
