Do well in school and research what fields need jobs. I landed my job like 2 months before graduation just because I took engineering classes. Make sure there is a need for your job before you begin planing for it.
I've been doing that, I'm taking mostly STEM-based classes because there are over a million of those jobs based that aren't filled, I just don't see who would take an engineer with a high school education
The engineer field has 97% placement... That is with only a Tech School Degree. I think it only like 80% or so with just Highschool if you take the right courses or are just really smart. I am dumb, but I can figure junk out if I mess with it enough.
