  1. Last season, it was discovered that the Tree of Harmony was both alive and sentient. With roots as far as Twilight's School of Friendship in Ponyville (as far as we know), it was self-aware enough to project a psychic manifestation of itself in the form of Twilight in order to help guide the new!Six, regardless of the fact that some of them died from it.

Pointing that out because Sombra blew that tree up. Not only that, he shattered the Elements of Harmony that were supposed to sustain it. I'm not barring any magical Mcguffins in order to bring it back, but until then as far as we know Sombra just murdered one of the newest life-forms to come to Equestria.

I'd also like to add the question of how this foal got close enough to Twilight that she was essentaily acting as a personal secretary without ANYONE figuring how insane she actually is. Brilliant sociopath or no she's still a child and their throwing in enough hints for us as an audience to figure out there's something off about her should mean other ponies interacting with her for massive amounts of the day should have picked up on somehting.

    Spoiler

She's not depicted as an "ordinary child," so I don't consider her as one. She was self-aware enough to actively plan all of the season finale's schemes from top to bottom (including on the hoof planning when it came to getting rid of counselor Neighsay and everything that happened in 26), and also smart enough to play the long game when it came to fooling the crusaders, the new Six, all of the students, and even Twilight. I have no doubts she was able to keep herself conspicuous the entire time.

  3. Somewhat of a review/ rant coming. All spoilers:

    Spoiler

Kind of want to do a funny preface, but all I can say is... what?

Good things- The new Six working together. They didn't get anything terribly major in these two episodes, but i've actually come to enjoy their dynamic together. Not perfect, but with only one season of build-up they're solid enough that having them be the main characters was engaging.

They finally found an organic way to make the princesses useless. This may seem like a small thing, but every single season finale and opener with a major antagonist has seen them be handed the idiot ball in terms of either sheer stupidity or just being handicapped. I'm glad they went this direction for once.

-Starlight didn't become an alicorn. I was worried at the end for a second, but thankfully we dodged that bullet. Enough said.

    Now onto the bad.

-It's been said here already, but everything to do with Tartarus is just tragic. For a place that's been hyped up to be a holding place for the world's most dangerous magical entities in the entirety of Equestria, seeing it's reveal be a tiny cave holding cell with a half-dozen piddling magical creatures and Tirek is disheartening. The entire place is hardly any bigger than celestia's throne room; I know it would've been hard for Tartarus to live up to the expectations placed on it, but that's why some things should remain expectations. Especially if you know you can't keep to it.

-Underwhelming/useless/pointless characters: Tirek, The M6, and the CMC. Weird to say especially for a season finale, but the entire subplot of the M6 amounted to nothing more than frustrated looks aimed at cozy Glow at the end of 26. Tirek talking about how him and cozy were pen pals was interesting, but their relationship wasn't elaborated on anymore than that and also didn't go anywhere. The CMC got duped and ended up in a literal closet for their run time in the episode. The combined spent between all of these different characters was about half of the entire finale's run time, so... yeah.

-Everything to do with the artifacts and the Tree of Harmony being left open. How they (artifacts) can be used in order to drain the magic from Equestria, how the new Six managed to interact with them, why the tree (which is apparently sentient) didn't do anything whatsoever in order to stop this process. Where the magic was even going- pick a question, and it's generally sure to go unfulfilled. None of this was hinted at beforehand or explained afterward, so a good chunk of the plot hinging on this is sort of a problem.

-Neighsay's "redemption." Not nearly as bad as some of the other characters in the past. This might just be a personal thing at this point, but the lack of depth to commitment of ideals of villains in this series is both disheartening and grating. We see villains with strong commitments to their goals and strong reasons for believing in those ideals all of the time- NMM was driven by jealousy on being given the cold shoulder by the entire world in favor of her sister. Discord was driven by vegeeance at being despised by everyone and a general desire for making the star pupil of Celestia suffer. Starlight was... underwhelming, but her commitment to her own ideals was almost enough to tear the world asunder on two separate occasions. Neighsay was driven by a belief that the beings that lay outside of Equestria's boundaries were genuinely dangerous to the security of Equestria. Something he's presumably held onto a long time, to the point he would risk potential war and replacing the seat of a school official/ well-known public figure/ Princess of Equestria without permission. Yet at the end, he 180's completely on his ideals and his values. Is being saved from a situation by a group of non-pony children enough to be a believable shifting point for his character? It honestly could go either way (i'm personally standing on "no"), so i'll let everybody else decide.

    -Cozy Glow.

Oh how I love Cozy Glow.

Another personal thing, but I have a love for villains who are just so absolutely over the top and all out bonkers. Crazy Glow is everything I want in a villain- She's intelligent. She's insane. She's self-aware. She's commited to her own ideals. She's insane. Without an ounce of genuine power in a series that is jammed full of world ending threats and magical monsters, her competency, ruthlessness, and understanding of just how deluded she is makes her a bigger threat than all of them. I'll probably be within the small division when I say this, but I truly believe Crazy Glow is one of the best villains in the series both from an internal and external perspective.

    ...

I stop and ask myself how we got ourselves here, though, and I arrive at a blank. Crazy Glow was touted up to be "a villain" since as far back as her first appearance (in one of the most subtle ways to still leave people enough to pick up on without spelling it out), yet we get... a power mad foal with a single-minded dedication to garnering friendship because she believes she can use it as a weapon? This would be the perfect time to explain exactly how that came about, but unfortunately the episode gives us absolutely nothing about her. While thematically that serves to make her all the more terrifying, the disjunct between her goal (to be the dark lord of friendship), her commitment to getting it (balls to the wall all-or-nothing), and her underlying reasons for doing so (potatoes) just leaves her unfulfilled as a character. Probably a "good" decision since I doubt the writer's have anything on their part that could legitimize her actions logistically, though it leaves her feeling shallow as a character. Considering she's the major crux of this episode, that's an issue that can't really be put aside. She's great in terms of character. She's great in terms of how she interacts with others. She's great in terms of presence, and how much driving point she provides the plot. She's an absolute joy to watch. Flubs at being even remotely believable.

Want to give this season finale a high mark, purely for how entertaining its main villain was. As a whole examination, though, it's very lacking. The subplots don't go anywhere, the reveal of Tartarus is tragic. Stuff just happens without any explanation, and the main villain is amazing, but thoroughly shallow. I don't know what to do with this.

  4. And on the sandy banks of the Nile, a young woman clad in strangely perfectly assembled red and black loose fitting clothing and a modest skirt perched kneeled over, an as of that moment empty jug perched on top of her head. She leaned forward, letting the rivers natural current and depth fill up the jug to the very top. She hefted the jug back over her head... and gave a muffled series of swears at the sheer weight.

Thor didn't have to have to deal with this. Hercules didn't have to deal with this. Set didn't have to deal with this. Her own brother.

Misogyny and poor choice of deific birthrighting at its finest.

And she took the path heading up the river, away from the archaic looking desert trap known as ancient Egypt. Instead heading towards the much cleaner and much more modern looking city that existed less than a few dozen miles or so. Camouflaged against mortal eyes for their own protection, because of course the cell phone would freak them out, let alone the existence of an entire pantheon of gods living right next to them. One of several, actually. Oh, that she knew. Her war with Persephone was still fresh in her mind. How could she possibly know that stealing a few pomegranate seeds would almost lead to an absolute system collapse of the whole of Tartarus. It was a few seeds! But she brushed that aside as she made her way into the city, slipping past the barrier cast by a multitude of the gods themselves. She walked by the paved roads, past the antique buildings that actually concealed fairly furnished housings. Couches, TV's... running water. Why was she carrying the enormous jug dislodging her perfect spine. Tradition. Once every week. Her know-it-all sister Osiris insisted that it was for "formal purposes and self-discipline." She had to admit; the gods liked to keep to theirs. Outside the clearly late, late, late, late, late, late furnishings, it looked exactly like you'd expect any city in the middle of Deadtown, Ancient Egypt. And it was a load of crock. She looked for the special district that marked her temple stay from every other god and goddess in the city, muttered a completely flat and warranted, "Oh yeah; I don't have one," and instead made her way to her sister's Osiris's. She had a temple. And also a temple. She snickered; being the younger of the two blew sometimes, but it was also sometimes totally worth it. And as she looked up at the risen sun burning down over the sands of the entire city, she paused to almost take a drink of water. Then almost immediately balked, brushing her tongue in the middle of the street.

    No.

    Not sanitary at all.

  6. Four slots are filled. As promised, here's the (quality) map so you have an idea of where you're stepping into. White spaces are the spaces between kingdoms, and aren't technically controlled by anyone. The Monster Train has a set route with set stations, but chooses where it starts and stops with complete randomness.

    Map:

    post-28184-0-38836800-1490255328_thumb.png

    Map Description

And having said that, there will be one extra requirement; making a character! You may use a pre-existing character, as long as they fit the following requirements:

    - Must be human ( Completely human. Ponies or other characters turned into humans are perfectly alright, though they must have no powers or special non-human abilities )

    - Must be a child/ young teen ( Ten at the youngest, around fifteen at the most). Intelligence ad maturity levels obviously may vary. Just try your best to be realistic.

-Your character will be dropped off suddenly in the Monster World. Outside of a few personal objects they may be carrying on them (backpacks are allowed for the situation), they'll be coming in unprepared, with no knowledge of the world of monsters. Prepare your posts accordingly.

-If you don't have a profile for your character, just a short description will suffice so I know what's going on. Name, age, personality, background. You don't technically even need a paragraph for it; just give me the gist.

( May seem complicated, but it's really not. Once that's done, we can get to the fun stuff.

After a decision, no longer required to have a profile! Obviously you'll have to have a character, but i'll just be kicking you off to various places, as indicated on the map and wiki. So, without further ado:

@P-Jay will be start off at the Ancient Ruins in Meadesland. @Unicorncob will be at the plains in Zoeville. @Vae Victis will start off face down in the mountains in Ethanica. And @rolle will start off on the beach in Deanuford. RP's already up:

Any questions feel free to ask. Otherwise, have fun. And try not to die!

  7. No indication, no movement, no sound. In their sleep, suddenly, four kids were hoisted from their world, to arrive in a new one. Taken from their various locations, they were spread far and wide throughout a new world. The Monster World.By the time the kids woke up, they would have no recollection of how they got there. They would be carrying only what they had with them, otherwise left entirely alone...

  8. Side by side with the human world exists a world very similar, but quite different. This world is known only as the Monster World.

Since the beginning, humans and monster always existed apart from each other. They were known only to each other through myths and legends, taking the form of stories passed down through the ages. For humans, monsters were terrible creatures, frightening and ferocious. But for monsters, humans were seen as their legends, saviors, heroes. Powerful and wise, they knew things monsters did not, and carried powers most monsters could only dream of. They were worshiped and revered by many, and seen as better than monsters. Or at least, those were the myths and legends.

In an otherwise ordinary day, great news was received by the Monster World. Five human children had been spotted entering the realm. Great celebration was had, for many monsters believed these these humans were like those in the legend. But many others disagreed. They believed that the other side was wrong, and that the children could not be trusted. The two sides fought bitterly, and so the Monster World was plunged into a great and terrible war.

The two sides continued to fight, and many lives were lost. While those who did not believe did their best to fight bravely, they had they had no answer to the powers of the children, who were far stronger than ordinary monsters, and had their own companions to fight with them. They also had their own plans in mind; while the war raged, they made their way to the Kingdom of the Monster World. There they fought fiercely with the Matriarch of the Monster World, and after a long battle, defeated her.

With the Matriarch gone, the war came to a close; the monsters fighting no longer had the will to resist. It was the end of the war, but it was not the end of the monster's suffering. For while the children had won, they were truly not the humans of legend as the stories foretold. They were greedy and selfish, and wished only to serve their own interests. As soon as the monsters responsible for participating in the war were locked up in chains, they set about naming themselves the new rulers. They became the new kings and queens, and split the land into five separate parts. They forced monsters to work under them, and as many were punished, many more were neglected. Monsterkind began to suffer under the children, and so it entered its darkest history...

This a roleplay structured around Monster Tale, a game created in 2011 (Feel free to look it up, though playing it is not necessary to participate or enjoy this roleplay). Roleplayers will take on the role of kids suddenly dropped off in the Monster World with no knowledge of the events going on at the time, though they will be filled in soon enough. From there, it's only a matter of personal decision whether to fight, find your way home, or maybe even make a life inside of the Monster World...

Four slots for the time being, first come, first serve. Questions are required beforehand so as to make your journey through the Monster World more manageable.

  9. Honestly depends on what you mean by darker. Would I prefer MLP be the type of show were sex gore and other are promoted.

    No.

Would I prefer MLP be the type of show where the characters act and grow like real people, which means sometimes taking real losses? Things that actually meant something to them, and couldn't be recovered in thirty minutes, (or even at all) but they still learned to accept it and move on, because loss is one of the most human things, and so is growing from it?

    I would.

I was disappointed when they glossed over the destruction of Twilight's tree house, and what it actually meant to her. Instead we got a sad look and a side glance, and then the rest of the episode, buried by her friends antics. We got twenty minutes of them trying to learn a lesson they should've probably learned in Season one, but that's for a different thread.

Positivity doesn't bug me; some of the greatest moments that I actually praise this show over are the heartwarming ones (It still gets to me how Pinkie Pie actually nuzzled Twilight in Lesson Zero, Twilight's words to Spike in the Crystal Empire). What bugs me is that this show usually seems to fail to take the extra step and examine the consequences of its own actions and ideas. Which not only hurts the world (as lore is panned out, but never explored), but it also has the side effect of creating distance from the actual characters themselves. For every moment we get like this, the show pulls back before we ever recognize the depth of what's going on.

Why was Pinkie Pie so worried in Maud Pie when she heard that Twilight and co didn't want to be friends with her? You'd think it'd be something simple, but that reaction never comes back again over the course of the show, or at least not in that magnitude.

Where did Discord's warped conception of friendship come from, Starting out in Return of Harmony? Is he still caught up over the events of Twilight's Kingdom? Is he not concerned with the M6 seem willing to turn on him at a moment's notice?

How was Scootaloo affected when she was mocked for not being able to fly in Flight to the Finish? How does she feel about flying in general?

How does Twilight feel about being a princess? Does she ever regret Celestia's decision? Does she wish she could be "normal" again?

It's just the extra thought and just having the moments there that could make MLP that much more impactful. Those moments where the show doesn't run to blood and guts, or run to even primarily sad moments, but just drops out of the colorful atmosphere for an instant to give us some point of saliency. Of which we've seen on occasion; Dash's moment in Mysterious Mare-Do-Well, Spike's Moment in Owl's Well that Ends Well, Big Mac and Appleboom's heart to heart. Which don't even run for a percentage of the episodes they're in; these don't have to be episodic focuses. But we only seem to get them once or twice every season. Everything else is based primarily on transient things that begin in die in the same episode. Is there character development in MLP? Of course; just looking at Fluttershy from Season one to now should tell you that. But we've been left with little in the way of any sort of permeance to definitively cling to these characters with. New venues are added all of the time, but when none are explored (or kept), it begins to feel transitory. I don't feel like I know any of these characters as well as I do the ones from Avatar, Steven's Universe, or even something more blatantly cartoony and typically non-serious like Shaoilin Showdown or Star vs The Forces of Evil.

Now where does this draw back to "dark moments?" Implications. Stepping into a character's thought process and examining implications (for both them and the show) isn't always a positive thing; going deeper isn't always a positive things. You have to make definitive choices when you draw that line, and sometimes those choices are real to the character, but they aren't the happiest to contemplate, but they're unlikely to change. But it draws a deeper impact that the show is continually missing, because it's often afraid to dip its toes in the water. Is it necessary for FIM to do this? Not particularly; as plenty of people have pointed out, it caters rather well to its intended audience. Even though doing this wouldn't exactly alienate kids, it's not needed for the show to be watchable, or even enjoyable. But is the show losing out on something special by choosing to toe its own line, and stray away from any or most sources that would generate true lasting impact?

I can reply with a definite.

  10. I've done my level best to make it an immutable fact that no one puts more time into the pink ball of fluff known as Diamond Tiara than I do (I will surpass you, Magerbluetooth  ). Unfortunately, due to circumstances, i'll be giving her up (for now). Best pony deserves more than I can reasonably give right now, and I feel bad for holding her "hostage." if there's someone that can reasonably do her more justice. So... yeah. Catch y'all on the flip side. ^_^

    @EquestrianScholar

Diamond Tiara left the Ponyville schoolhouse at a brisk pace, the other fillies swarming around her in their eagerness to leave. Not her though; home still wasn't the best of places to be or want to go, and she could finish her homework at any time. Nor did she really have any plans opened up for the day, her usual bout of wandering around doing absolutely nothing having lost its luster since the days of tormenting the CMC and hanging around with Silver Spoon. As she saw the filly in question dash off with the rest of them, the brief temptation to call out her name came rolling back, just like it did every day. And just like every day, she put it aside; Silver Spoon was much likely much happier without her. And much better, she reckoned in the corner of her mind.

Unfortunately, that left her little in the way to do; her conundrum for the last couple of months. She set off in a path away from most of the fillies and colts, heading towards Ponyville's shopping district. The bright shiny new things usually served to distract her from things that were weighing on her mind. And as of now? She needed a lot of bright and shiny.

  12. post-28184-0-43563600-1468896232.jpg

    "Thanks..."

The snow had served to make her soaked through and through, so she greatly appreciated being buried under anything. A nagging thought in the back of her mind reminded her that she was abusing personal merchandise, but she rationalized that it would be okay for just this once. Daddy would understand, and she would be sure to put everything back nice and neat when she was finished. No harm, no foul.

She sneezed again, wrapped up neck deep in covers.

    "Listen, Pinkie. I..."

    She paused.

"Since we're both here, I guess I should do it. I apologize..."

  13. post-28184-0-43563600-1468896232.jpg

Diamond Tiara looked up at Pinkie Pie and sighed again, hoping that she was right. Missing school wasn't worth much more than a pittance to her, in the grand scheme of things. Money and expensive clothes she didn't particularly need, though they were really nice to have. But all of the friends she'd built in the short time since her "change," all of the wrongs that she still needed to at least try to right. The fact that her net worth in this life was still coming out less than zero...

"Let's head to the back. There's some blankets we can...!"

She let out a heavy sneeze, and reflexively shivered. She'd been covered in snow from head to foot, leaving her soaked and wet. Something she wouldn't have appreciated on the best days, but here? Now?

    She sighed again.

  14. post-28184-0-43563600-1468896232.jpg

    "No school?!"

Diamond Tiara whipped around to look up at Pinkie.

"That's what you're concerned about? Pinkie, we're going to be buried here for at least all night, if not longer! And the temperatures dropping! We could freeze to death! Or worse! Just..."

Diamond Tiara stopped and caught herself before she said anymore. She let a long silence pass before she breathed out a sigh. There was no point in this.

    "...Sorry."

  15. Honestly, Ponka destroys Deadpool, regeneration aside (and she can even work around that). But, this match-up seems rather inflammatory, overall. Whichever side loses, the online communities going to start drafting up salt castles. It's like they were determined to outdo Goku vs Superman in tear quality...

  16. post-28184-0-43563600-1468896232.jpg

    @Unicorncob

"We're locked in." Diamond Tiara hit a flat note.
    "...We're locked in."

The realization was dancing around her, like the light from a flickering candle. Around her, the facts were twisting and writhing in mid-air. The height of the snow, signifying that they were definitely locked in. The blizzard, signifying that nopony was probably coming to help for a while. They wouldn't even know that they were gone until several hours, if then. Until then, they were stuck cold. Even if they made it out, they'd never make it alive. All this summed up in three simple words.

    "We're stuck here."

  17. post-28184-0-43563600-1468896232.jpg

    @Unicorncob

    The lock clicked open.

"...We did it." Diamond Tiara dropped down to all fours in front of the door, the unlatched lock slightly hanging from the door. All they needed was a quick pull, and they'd be out and home free. They could forget about this nightmare and just go back to their happy lives. Diamond Tiara pulled.

She had no time to react as the pile of snow halfway up the door's height collided with her, knocking her off her feet. An icy wind whipped by with near gale force strength, sending the temperature in the room plummeting down rapidly. They were in the middle of an ice storm. How had she missed that?

"Pinkie! Close the door!" Diamond Tiara shouted from her little pile of snow as she attempted to scramble to her feet to help close it. Even though in the back of her mind, she knew pushing out that much snow would be practically futile. She began to shiver, her breath already coming out in clouds...

  18. @Unicorncob

    post-28184-0-43563600-1468896232.jpg

"Okay!" Diamond stood up on her hind legs, and began to slowly slide the bobby pin into the lock head.

She had always kept it stashed under her bed. The last time she had left it under her bed, her mother had discovered it, and that had been a long time of explaining and a night she didn't want to remember. But it had come in handy, regardless of the risks. If she needed it, she could always work the lock open, and away to Silver Spoon's house she went. She hadn't been too good the first few times, necessitating the need to have Randolph replace them, eschewing the explanation.

As time went on, she could practically break into any lock that she wished.

    "One second..." The lock jostled...

  19. I don't think he will. When it comes to his policies, I think they're too extreme. When it comes to his moral character, I think it's deplorable. When it comes to his political knowledge, I think it's disparagingly absent. All in all, I really don't have a single reason to trust that he can do what he says.

...On the other hand, since his time after winning the election, he's cut back a little on some of his extremism. He actually held a rational conversation with Obama, and has rescinded some of his opinions about the Clintons (though whether that's true or not remains to be seen, fair). He also genuinely seems concerned about what to do now that he's actually taken office, and has to run the country now, instead of just talking about it.

...All in all, he reminds me of a child flailing around for the answers to the big questions. Which understandably makes for a poor president, but at the same time, means that he's receptive, and he could potential mold himself into a great president, if given half the chance. And I, even though i'm not quite happy with the results, i'm willing to sit down and give him that chance.

..."Can Trump Make America Great Again?" is the question. And my response is, I don't have the tiniest blasted idea. But he could. :P

    Edit:
    Pretty pertinent video, I believe:

  20. Well I came up with a good backstory for the RP!!

Well it started when a dragon destroyed a mountain in a battle with the main 6 around 5 years ago. When the mountain collapsed they noticed a strange grey Alicorn in the rocks with black shiny eyes that looked like LED screens. When Twilight examined the rocks a bit more she said that whatever that Alicorn is he has been buried in solid rock for more than 2000 years. So they took him back to Twilight's lab and called the princesses over. Princess Luna did remember a strange blue astroid that had binery numbers in its glowing trail. It impacted into that very same mountain when it was a active volcano around 2000 years ago. So they started studying him further and eventually they accidentally opened a maintenance panel where his wing was revealing he was some sort of indestructible and futuristic robot. And there was a strange motor looking device inside that had a information plate on it that read: UNIVERSAL ENERGY GENERATOR DESIGNED FOR UNIT: UA:001 TECHNO UNIVERSAL

    MANUFACTURED BY: CELESTIAL LABS.INC © 2045

So Twilight thought she could get the generator started so she zapped it with magic and it lit up with blue lines on it and even the cables in the hach all lit up as if he was coming back to life. And his eyes lit up displaying a boot-up screen saying: ALSTROME-RUNNING AUTO BRAIN REBOOT...

And within a few seconds his eyes went normal and his main and tail lit up and started flowing. He first asked how long has it been since the accident. The ponies had no idea what accident he was talking about so they replied with what was the accident? And he said he couldn't remember much and all he could remember was who he was. Apparently he was a word leader that monitored everything. So he started introducing tons of unknown futuristic technologies to equestria like computers that where able to use magic as it was also known as universal energy. He then decided to build his office tower in Bangcolt that ended up being a 2000 meter tall skyscraper. Currently Techno lives in his office and assists with royalty but he still hasn't learned most of his capabilities yet. He dose of course know by this point that he is a brain connected to a auto command system in his robotic body.

So hopefully this backstory fits in better for the RP!!! :)

    ...

    Everything. Wrong. With. This post.

(Because it needs to be said.)

-Foreword: Honestly, it may just seem like i'm calling you out. That is not my intention. My intention is to point out some critical flaws, and to get you to start thinking about how you could make your OC better. Not just for this RP, but for the future. So with that in mind...

    Everything. Wrong. With. This post.

(Well it started when a dragon destroyed a mountain in a battle with the main 6 around 5 years ago. )

-I'm just going sin once for grammar, since honestly, when it comes to developing character or backstories, it doesn't really matter as long as it's legible. The sin is for the fact that I can read this, but at key points, it's tough to. And autocorrect is making it clear that you could have stood to correct at least a few more words, so...

    *ding*

-For most RP's, referencing canon characters in backstories is a big taboo if you're not the DM. Primarily because...

    1) The DM may have their own plans or interpretations for these characters, leading to a possible discrepancy if you're not in sync with them.

    2) The DM may actually have those canon characters that they're already playing, leading to an actual discrepancy if you're not in sync with them

    3) Not everyone can accurately roleplay canon characters. Even for good RP'ers, it's a possibility their backstories may include out of character moments for canons that make no sense in context.

    *ding*

-Now, here's the odd bit- I can actually imagine the Mane Six destroying a mountain in their fight with a dragon. They've done crazier on multiple occasions. What I can't believe is that an event this big involving the Mane Six wouldn't be any kind of newsworthy. It really doesn't make much sense to involve the Mane Six at all, actually; you could've just said a random dragon pulverized a random landmass, and it would've been roughly the same.

    *ding*

( When the mountain collapsed they noticed a strange grey Alicorn in the rocks with black shiny eyes that looked like LED screens.)

-This is all we get, and honestly, it's not enough. From the top:

    1) Why is he buried in the rocks? Or even the mountain? Who put him there? Did he land there himself? If so, how?

    2) Why is an "indestructible" pony (more on that later) buried in the rocks anyways? Did he simply run out of power? If so, that seems like a pretty serious design flaw for a universal entity.

    3) Why an alicorn? I mean, that's not from a perspective of bias; tons of my characters are alicorns. Case in point:

    https://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/juniper-hollyheart-r9560

    https://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/princess-erroria-r8757

...But here, it seems superfluous. I mean, with his particular set of abilities, he could've been any of the other three tribes, and still achieved the same result. I mean, you could argue wings, but we've still seen unicorns fly...

    *ding*

(When Twilight examined the rocks a bit more she said that whatever that Alicorn is he has been buried in solid rock for more than 2000 years. )

-Another reason we avoid canons: like I mentioned before, sometimes not having them makes more sense. A team of researchers could've done the same job as the princesses and Celestia here, and it would've made a ton more sense going forward.

    *ding*

-Minus one sin, because Twilight is actually enough of a loser to be able to do carbon dating off the top of her head. Now that's good character portrayal.

    *gnid*

(Princess Luna did remember a strange blue astroid that had binery numbers in its glowing trail.)

-The world of MLP is a medieval world, at the very least just passing into steampunk. The locomotive is a huge thing here. Why am I bringing this up? Because there's no way Luna or any other pony in Equestria would be able to understand binary numbers, or what they represent.

    *ding*

( So they started studying him further and eventually they accidentally opened a maintenance panel where his wing was revealing he was some sort of indestructible and futuristic robot.)

Okay... here's my gripe with "indestructible."

-First, exactly how is this pony "indestructible"? Through body composition? Through magical influence? Through divine inheritance? There's dozens of ways a pony can be "indestructible," and all of can and do require a specific explanation. This is not a catch all term you can simply slap on a character.

-To what extent is this character "indestructible"? These things are more relative than you think. For instance, an ant bite to an ordinary person might not hurt at all.To an ant, said pony would be immune to the damage and hence seem "indestructible," even though in the general sense of things, they're quite small.

In your case, your character is a universal entity, which understandably would seem indestructible inherently to everything in the mortal realm. But as someone who owns several multiversal and higher entities as characters, I can tell you that this isn't a guarantee to any form of natural immunity.

All of this to say, if your character were hit by an attack that wiped out millions of multiverses (That is, collaborations of billions of universes and everything within them), would he die?

If the answer is yes, then he's not indestructible.

If the answer is no, then he's not a universal entity. And this character needs a re-evaluation.

-In what ways is your character indestructible? That is, there are many ways to attack a being without affecting the body directly. For instance, his body may be impervious to damage, but is he weak to lightning? Fire? Freezing? What happens if you submerge him in water? What about his mind; can it be affected by telepaths? Can he be hacked? What if someone decided to divide him on a molecular level, or rip him apart at the atomic level? Or increase his mass until he formed into a black hole? Is he immune to all of that? And if so, how? And why?

    *ding*

(So Twilight thought she could get the generator started so she zapped it with magic and it lit up with blue lines on it and even the cables in the hach all lit up as if he was coming back to life.)

I'm not quite sure I understand how this works. Does he use magic to run? If so, that would imply that he doesn't have the ability to generate his own, or he wouldn't have run out in the first place. Unless he burnt up all of his reserves, in which case, how could Twilight Sparkle possibly fill up a universal entity and get him to run again? I mean, I know she's powerful, but that's like a AA battery charging up an international electrical power grid!

    *ding*

( And within a few seconds his eyes went normal and his main and tail lit up and started flowing. He first asked how long has it been since the accident. The ponies had no idea what accident he was talking about so they replied with what was the accident? And he said he couldn't remember much and all he could remember was who he was. Apparently he was a word leader that monitored everything.)

I was going to make a note of how odd it is that he can't remember anything, but can somehow remember an accident. But then I decided to let it go, because amnesia can be tricky like that. One guy woke up knowing how to speak a different language. But then...

(So he started introducing tons of unknown futuristic technologies to equestria like computers that where able to use magic as it was also known as universal energy.)

"I'm going to need a lot more than dew, and...universe juice."

-More on topic, if he forgot everything, how exactly is he remembering how all of these technologies are constructed? The type of technology isn't very specific, but if it's to the extent that he's able to build computers, then the associations required to build that alone should bring something back! Anything!

    *ding*

-Is "Universal" energy referring to a new energy source, or the fact that it contains a universal amount of energy? If it's the former, where did he get it, and how is he accessing it? And how is everyone else accessing it? If it's the latter, that's a heck a lot of energy for an ordinary computer, let alone hundreds.

    *ding*

(He then decided to build his office tower in Bangcolt that ended up being a 2000 meter tall skyscraper.)

Do you mean 200? Because 2000 is over 6,000 feet, of which the world's tallest building only caps out at... 800. Or roughly 7 times higher than that, and literally a mile in the sky. And as someone who quite literally built the map of Bangcolt, I can tell ya... none of the buildings are anywhere close to that height. Bangcolt doesn't even have skyscrapers.

    *ding*

(He dose of course know by this point that he is a brain connected to a auto command system in his robotic body.)

Now i'm just wondering whose brain is plugged into that machine, since an organic pony brain and a robot suit don't exactly go along together. That seems like an interesting thing that could be explained in more detail. On an actual character sheet.

    *ding*

    Sin total: 11

    Sin Sentence: Gritty re-boot.

(Side-note: this was not an attempt to be mean, or to debase your character. I truly believe any OC can be good, regardless of their origins. Me more than most. This is purely me having a fun attempt to get you to analyze particular things about your characters, so you can better address them when you're trying to build them. So hopefully, you can start being accepted into more RP's, if you already aren't.) ^_^

    @Unicorncob

"Whatever we'll be, we'll be out. We'll be survivors!" Diamond Tiara had broken all restraints and was now heading towards the door at a gallop. She breezed by the clothes rack, then the front shop desk, and finally came to the door itself. She hit a hard break in front of it, barely avoiding crashing into it.

"Come on! Hold the lock, and hoof me the bobby pin!" She looked at Pinkie, urging her to hurry up. They were so close!

    @Unicorncob

...That might work.  Diamond Tiara didn't want to believe it. It seemed to good to be true. But maybe...

"...That might work." She voiced her thoughts openly to Pinkie. She tilted her head to the side at the party pony, motioning her to follow after her. "Come on." She left the confines of, heading out of the tool section of the store. She tried to keep her pace to a slow trot, but despite herself, her own excitement was creeping in on her. They might be able to end this nightmare early!

Could you give my memory a jog about Erroria?

Erroria is... an anomaly. Sort of born before the beginning of time, out of a glitch in the universe...sort of born with ridiculous, often completely logic breaking powers that occurs when she sneezes (looks back on the time she summoned an Alien out of a hat, and turned Nightingale into a sugarcube). Sort of a ridiculously adorable pony foal with a habit of breaking into spontaneous bouts of singing and interpretive dance numbers. She works at Trixie's shop, and sort of takes over for stuff while's she's away.

Mind you, recent events in her timeline have seen the number of world altering moments drop drastically, what with her learning somewhat to control her normal magic and her getting her cutie mark. But she herself hasn't changed a bit.
