  1. I feel like I was able to grow up and develop as a person with these ponies, who took such good care of me through my hardest years...and to see them saying goodbye...I truly felt like I was letting a big part of me go. Any real critique I have of it is merely due to my sadness about it ending and holding onto any possible loose ends. Other than that, it was a beautiful ending. Personally, I needed the time skip to get a real sense of completion, you know? I won't have to be left wondering. I'm the kind of person who needs that from TV shows and movies. And the possibility that AJ and RD ended up together in the end? What a perfect addition! All in all, it left me there, satisfied with all of the time and love I've poured into this show, as well as everything it's done for me. Thank you, My Little Pony. Tanks for the memories. <3
  2. I feel almost hollow thinking about her, leaving no room to either dislike or like her...this is due to how little of a personality she has, I feel like. To me, she's uninteresting and doesn't contribute much. She feels like a copy-and-paste adorkable nerd, while Equestrian Twilight has her own spin and twist on this. This is but my humblest opinion, though! I see why so many people love her, and I encourage them to do so! But I'm probably just biased because I've grown so fond of Our Twilight, you know? Any other versions make me cling even more dearly to my wife
  3. I keep them around whenever I see them, refusing to kill them simply because I am terrified of...the crunch.
  4. I found this beautiful piece of art on Tumblr today that I feel like truly encapsulates the beauty and majestic nature that the Princess Of The Night has... (Source: eeviart)
  5. I'm going to have to go with AppleDash. They have excellent chemistry, make each other happy, and get along better as a pair than any of the other pairings (other than TwiJack, which I'll talk about in a moment). They have a playfully competitive nature that (I've found) can actually be helpful and healthy in relationships as long as it is all in good nature, which AJ and Dash have definitely achieved. This being said, my second favorite is probably TwiJack, seeing as they seem to be a very comfortable and loving pair for one another, always being the voice of reason within the Mane 6, as well as also having good chemistry. The only reason they aren't my first are their differences in terms of interests and responsibilities. They don't have a lot in common...but to go against my own point, this shouldn't drastically get in the way of them being a lovely couple, as it's not extreme to the point of no love being present.
  6. I've come to believe it as finding someone who makes you happy to a degree that is overwhelming. When you begin to feel overwhelmed by it, that's when you know that they're truly a part of you.
  7. I would feel a wash of near relief come over me, you know? As if the show would finally recognize LGBTQ+ characters in a casual, loving way. What better show than to show it than between ponies who have built up a solid, reliable, growing friendship over the years? Friends are usually the best candidates for healthy relationships, so this could've been a great opportunity for it. I was disappointed that there were no confirmed LGBTQ+ ships by the end of the series, as those are all that mine are. I was hoping that because the series was ending, the creators would just toss AppleDash or TwiJack into the finale and end the show there, seeing as the future of the show couldn't potentially be in jeopardy. In conclusion, I would feel excited and all of that, but I would also feel just generally warm inside.
  8. There is a very obvious bias in the wording of your poll, as well as the question. I agree with the other users who have said that there's really no polar alignment with how you stand on the show, because there really can't be if we're on this website. We all still have a place for it. For me, the number of times that My Little Pony has saved my life and made me feel loved and safe will never be discounted even if Season 9 was even worse than it was, which seems nearly impossible. So the series hasn't been ruined for me, but I will say this: the entire series feels slightly less satisfying now knowing that it ends the way that it does. It hurts a little, but I'm not going to dismiss MLP out of my life because of it. I'm going to cherish what it gave me in the early years.
  9. I'm surprised that they were so quick to take it down, just for getting some thumbs down...they have to be prepared for criticism in their line of work, and I don't think they handled it very well. That being said, I wouldn't mind Pony Life at all, seeing as I still feel unsatisfied after Season 9 and how they chose to wrap up the entire series...I'm desperate for content that settles!
  10. Oh, certainly. I'd be surprised if Hasbro wasn't a l l o v e r i t. They love weddings and nice stuff like that. Sugar Belle and Big Mac are excellent background characters that deserve another episode that delves deeper into their story, especially because this MLP generation is drawing to a close. Besides, there are a whole bunch of lessons about friendship to be learned at weddings...
  11. I completely agree with this, and I think it would be the most realistic yet interesting way for Twilight to go bad...she would just be destroyed by the awesomeness of her own power to the point where she would overwhelm herself and snap.
  12. I mean, when she handles things through singing and dancing, you get that kind of look... But thank you for pointing that out! I never noticed before!
  13. One of my friend groups is called "The Daily Duke," because we all went to high school together and would have lunch on the daily with our advanced US history teacher "Mr.Duke" as a group. We just kept it going through to college!
  14. I think it's lazy, so I certainly agree that they're just trying to appeal to meme culture...it was obnoxious and not even entertaining in it's insanity.
  15. I'm not a fan; I think it's an illustration of Twilight Sparkle before her character developed. And after all that the show has been through in helping her character grow, it was just uninteresting and uninspired to sit though a human version of it. Sure, maybe it would've been cool to reflect on how much Twilight had grown, but they did't need to create a whole other human character for it... I give her 3 stars, just because she's still my lovely Twilight...
  16. While I will always defend my Twi, if I'm being honest I still don't truly consider Twi a Princess...so yes, Luna certainly is the best one. She's very well-written, reserved yet likable, quirky yet elegant, and has a solid background to her. 10/10
  17. While I don't believe this is something that is going to happen, hypothetically if it were to happen, I believe that the animation would probably be remodeled into once much like the MLP Movie. The characters would probably be cheaper, and the movies/episodes would turn careless and just into material that could be churned out to make more money. That's just my two cents on the matter though
  18. Adagio Dazzle has this radiant confidence about her that just makes her sexy yet warm... She's powerful, but at the same time I just want to stroke her hair
