People view it as bad because of the negative effect it has on other people, like for instance if i killed myself my family would be sad. I'm sure this is a controversial view but I've always been one for doing whatever makes you happy if it doesn't physically harm anypony else so in my eyes if someone is truly hurting and sees suicide as the only way out that is fine. If it's going to bring them peace then that's ok with me.

@Preatorian60 Nah I actually agree with you. Suicide is sad, but for some people, it seems like the only answer. To be fair I don't WANT to kill myself, I just don't see any other solution. (Unless somebody can build a time machine so I can fix everything.) Not to mention, I just feel like I have no purpose in this world.
