I'm guessing you're not as passionate about Pokemon as me

I would say the same thing about you since you’re so cool about half of them being sacrificed for less quality. I wouldn’t call anyone who is okay with that “passionate”.

I think being passionate about something means having standards about it. It’s not “passionate” to just take whatever you’re given, especially when it’s objectively lacking. I’ve been playing Pokémon since 1997. I saved my allowance for months for a Gameboy and Red Version. I’ve loved every single game. For the first time ever, Game Freak has disappointed me.

Sure, if I was still a 7 year old with no standards and whose mom is paying for it, I’d be like “Oh, gimme!” But that’s not how it is anymore.

And never, EVER think that you owe a corporation your loyalty. Because, as you can see, they are not loyal to you.

I'm just saying that you probably don't like Pokemon as much as I do.
