I'm sorry to hear that. The world can be a terrifying place. But a beautiful one.  And it could be snuffed from you at a moment through someone's I'll will, or a blind accident, but the important thing is to do what you can to make it better for those around you, and in doing so, you can become fearless, as the joy you feel will shield the doubt. 

As Mr. Miyagi said in Karate Kid III, it's okay to lose to opponent, but it's never okay to lose to fear.
