      That Ash in the freeze frame. They need to replace that character designer with me :sneer:

       

      Original Ash has always been an inspiration to me. Such classic anime design. So sad it has been gone for 10+ years.

      The peak for me was season 5, when Ash met Lapras again (a callback to season 2), I cried! I really did, because at first Ash didn't see it, and I was like... OMG that's Lapras, it is really Lapras! :(

       

      It used to be emotional, have great music. But what can I say, I stopped watching after season 9
