      Because peace is something everyone wants but not everyone can get...because we live in a world where if you disagree with someone, you can get: shot, smacked, maimed, yelled at, drunk(sure, why not), high, flamed(see:yelled at), and more and we just are too savage. The whole balance of things would be messed up too, if it was always peaceful. It's hard to understand the concept of everlasting peace, and how it could be a bad thing so I won't even go into that.
