    Closet brony. I have a handful of friends who knows that I'm a brony. I simply can't display it publicly, I'm being bullied enough at school as it is. I do tend to drop references once in a while which only other bronies would recognize. Although nopony ever notices....

    I have to agree with My little pwny on this one. A point system isn't the solution. I've seen multiple forums using a similar system which ultimately resulted in people leaving because they felt suppressed by all the rules. The number of points you receive for some actions is also too high. You only tell a person that he might have posted it in the wrong forum once, and you have to wait 4 weeks to have all your warning points removed. I find that absolutely ridiculous. Sure, a new system is needed to prevent more members from doing all the things that recently happened, but this simply isn't the system we're looking for. A three-strikes out system or an automatic tempban/permaban when one gains, let's say: - 3 warning points = 3 days ban - 5 warning points = 7 days ban - 6-7 warning points = permaban Basically, keeping the regular system and adding automatic bans to it instead of letting the mods decide whether or not someone gets banned and for how long.

    Time for some BF3....why did I stop playing this again? For me, it is one of the hardest games to learn/re-learn. (Well, I generally suck at FPS's anyway.)

      They have mods that make it even more realistic. I prefer games that don't try to be strictly realistic like BF3 or MW2

      I don't mind a bit of arcade influence in shooters, but I wouldn't mind playing a game focusing entirely on realism and simulating the battlefield as it really is.

    Not bad. Not bad at all. A bit short though, and it cuts off abruptly. The coverart isn't all that bad though, but most artists request one instead of making their own. Most music-producing bronies I've seen do that, maybe you would find it to be useful too?

    Thanks. The quote does indeed apply to this subject. My two IRL friends are the best I ever had. (Not that I have had many.) They, unlike many others I've met IRL, accept another person's opinions instead of labeling me as weird right away. For example, one of my friends really hates bronies at times. Admittedly, we sometimes get in a fight about it, but we always end up saying sorry's and realising that what we have is stronger than an opinion about a show on TV.

    Real life? Almost never. I do have 2 friends I always spend time with. Internet? I made some friends here on the forums. In fact, I got more friends here than anywhere else in this world. It's not that I'm a antisocial person, but A. Shy around others B.People see me as a weirdo C. A girlfriend can only exist as a dream for me, I'm extremely awkward around girls and most of them don't like me, too.

    Well, I generally like them, but sometimes the anime cliché of giving them way too large breasts or under-clothing them goes way too far. ....not that I mind.

      I hate it when people make fun of leavers. Just wants to make them leave more. Like I said in my welcoming post, I had trouble on the last forum, Main reason being made fun of.

      It's not good, they need to have a warning post on them.

    I agree, games bring me fun and that's why I play them. I ignore my K/D anyways, since when does K/D matter in Battlefield anyways? Helping your team out by healing/repairing/reviving counts too.

    Never really did, no. Does imagining of a suitable OC for a friend count? Did that once or twice. Most of them seem to fit the role of a pegasus though.

    Hey, this seems like a rather fun clan to join. I play BF3 (As far as playing goes when you lose every time xD) and I was looking for a clan/platoon to join so I don't have to play all be myself anymore. Good to hear this clan of yours doesn't pay attention to people K/D ratios and is merely there to have fun with other Battlefield/CoD players. Mainly Battlefield for me though, I own MW3 but I rarely play it

    Same as you, I've had people saying that about me too. And the other thing I'm proud of is that today, I finally worked up the courage to talk to a girl without my brain going full retard. (Yes I'm terribly awkward with girls IRL...)

    It concerns me too... although the main reason seems to be the new moderation rules such as the character minimum and the recent suspending of accounts from members under 13. Although I'm still wondering whether or not the last created thread about someone leaving is serious. He seems to have been a member for quite a while and all of a sudden, his name seems to have changed to 'TheFirstPonyFagClopper' and he rages at every single aspect of MLPforums, even taking the time to insult Crona while he's at it.
