I don't care about their "plight" if the response is anarchy and further death. Of course it does not calm anyone down by moving forward, but it ends up with you not being dead. That is what you are not understanding. So forgive me, but the so-called plight of disenfranchised people is not enough of a justification to not get run over when they are being violent and showing every sign of wanting to trap you.

Because it is clear you know nothing of violence or of mob mentality in even the slightest. 

It was a dangerous move for the people to try and stop the car and start piling at it. You have no idea where that car needed to go and for what purpose. When you start backing away, it is a sign of weakness which would further encourage the rioters to try and stop the car and encircle it. We already have gods knows how many torched police cars. The kids gloves must come off and this must be handled the hardline way now. 

No, it does not matter to me in the fucking slightest right now. Anarchy is unacceptable and order needs to be restored, then we can talk about cops being corrupt. 8 people are already dead as the result of one person being dead, I guess that is preferable.

Have you ever been surrounded by an angry mob that can have every intention of trying to kill or hurt and maim you? You should not get stuck in these kind of situations, if you need to move from point A to point B, then do so. If you get stuck in a hostile crowd, the only thing you can do is to get out of that situation by driving forward. Fucking hell, the SUV did not even drive that fast, but continued very slowly, knocking idiots and assholes over. We already have 8 people dead since these riots started, one of them being a policeman minding his own business as he was protecting a courthouse, why should they possibly become another death on that list? 

What is common is not something that may be allowed, especially when you have not requested the permission to do so from the authorities. Shutting down traffic without a warrant is illegal. Even more so when you are blocking the authorities.

Me neither, especially when people need to get somewhere. If you are going to gang up on a car, start beating on it, start going feral like an animal, stuff like this do (rightfully) happen. These situations are extremely dangerous and these "protesters" are inviting it wholly upon themselves~

I can respect that, especially considering when there is no hope for institutional change, drastic measures are often needed to get shit done and one needs only study history to see that such drastic measures have been done before and it often lead to improvement rather than the opposite~

It was honestly very revealing when Obama said that he was 70% in agreement with Republicans. The US basically has two parties, Republicans and Republican Lite. I'm always amazed at how people even get by. 

To me, the whole system looks rotten and honestly, like Kyle I don't want to be calling for anything drastic, but shit like this makes your blood boil.

I get what you mean. I got my own tattoo with Norse symbolism and I put runes in them as well~

If you want tattoos, just be sure that you are willing to be stuck with them for the rest of your life and be sure they won't affect your life/job prospecting too much. 

I also advice on getting something really meaningful rather than something you might cringe at in the future.

I don't see a rune on Rollo there. Definitely Nordic/Celtic symbolism going on there though~

They are my ancestral gods and they guided my ancestors in the past and now again in the present. 

I'm more of an agnostic person, but my ethnic and cultural (mainly ethnic) history ties me to them. I also am a firm believer in Valhalla and performing a significant deed earns you a spot among the gods army~
