My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Twilight Sparkle How did you find MLP Forums?: My good friend pointed the forums out to me very recently. I thought I would give it all a good look, and thus far, I am pleased to report, it has been a fantastic time.
How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Short story long, it all began, as many stories do, among friends. Well, really only one friend at the time, and really, that one friend wasn't actually a friend until after the fact. And, with all frankness in mind, that friend wasn't actually anywhere near me. My mind enjoys embellishment, I suppose. It all truly began on Omegle, nearly three years ago. I was simply perusing the vast stores of humanity that one finds on Omegle when the site turned me over to an exuberant girl, whose name I shall withhold, to protect the innocent of course. Well, after a spell she happened upon the subject of ponies, she asked if I had ever heard of the show.Being a resident of the internet, I had of course seen ponies occasionally on DeviantArt and Google images, but I had thought nothing of them, not until that night, at least. Well, my friend told me, as we said our final goodbyes and traded contact information (I am pleased to say that we are still good friends), that I should watch the first season. It took me a couple of days after that to finally get around to YouTube in order to watch the show. Truth be told, my first impression of the show's opening was not particularly salubrious, but, as we all know, the opening hardly does the show justice. After that first day, however, having plowed my way through half of season 1, I was hooked, not only on the show, but on the, even at that early day, amazing fandom, and my life has never been the same since.
First off, if you've seen Twilight, then you've more or less seen me, minus a couple of the more obvious physical features. I am a scientist, or at least as much as one can be in the later days of High School, and I hope quite dearly to become a colonist of Mars one day.
I love to write, though I've never actually written an MLP fanfiction, or at least never finished one. (Though I have a fully fleshed out Halo: Combat Evolved crossover.)
I also really quite enjoy running, and much like Twilight, own several volumes on the subject.
And finally, I have a speech issue. I stutter, and though I'll admit its one of the least fun things in the history of the world (somewhere between the thumb screw and the rack) I've done my best to deal with it and embrace it, after all, its a part of me.
To anyone out there who has a speech issue as well /)!
