Im never good enough to be a staff member because im not stable emotionally and my feelings get out of hand quickly. And i cqnt make decisions

I was home-schooled, so frankly from my point of view worrying about getting everyone to "like" you and get "in" with their pathetic little groups is a waste of time and effort, and you stop it. Really you have better things to be concerned about and you are making yourself so miserable over something so insignificant. Make friends with people YOU like, with people who like you for who you are, or don't make any till you find the right people, it's simple.
