Why my lofe is boring? I had a dream last night I was able to socialize with people I talked to them it felt good . Reality is opposite. I just want to go sleep everymoment and see those dreams Days feel like weeks they just dont end. I'm so tired these days. *hugs*
It is easy, I was as weak as you..now when I started going in the gym...life is a lot easier, only I spend too much energy...I even take a walk trough the park 2 times a day
Social anxiety was fuel for my depression too, I haven't really changed my anxiety hardly at all since, but realize that being able to comfortably talk to people doesn't equate to happiness or self worth.
