I cant use my own languageto write them and i cant write them into a place where people close to me have easy access into

Then, maybe if you typed it online instead and kept the location of what you're typing secure so they can't find it? Or even, just find what you've said on the forums that you'd like to tell them, and just copy + paste into a Word document or something? :[
