Maybe you should go to a therapist, because being sad is no fun. Also, therapists are there to solve these kind of problems for you, so I think you should do that. :/
If you don't feel ready yet, then that's okay. You don't have to do something if you're uncomfortable with it; but, try not to worry about it either, because I know from experience that that can make things seem way more difficult than they truly are *hugs*
