i cant communicate with people around me and it makes me look unresponsive and ignorant when people look me . i want to be nicer towards my parents but i rarely talk to them and i dont feel comfortable talking how i feel

Im the same way. The only people I really talk to is my friends. Strangers I just let them do all the talking, Family I try to avoid conversations with them. Rather im ignorant or not, It's part of my personality. If they don't accept it "too bad, soo sad"
