Fixed my moms laptop the keyboard was glitched out since she kept stuff like her purse  on it most of the time then we started using external board on it since the former one was screwed but its shift key apparently wasnt and it was screwing up everything so i had to rip the old board out of there so it started working again. i hoped i had figured it out earlier since i  reinstalled windows couple times before that  almost and  lost it
