Just cause it's cold outside, doesn't mean the sun stopped shining.

I'm about 70% done with the picture that I've been drawing. So I am pretty excited about that!
But I also learned that the voice actor for Sonic the Hedgehog, Roger Craig Smith, has stepped down from the role. No idea who is going to replace him, and I really hate to see him go because he was so good!
Well, as long as the day can't get any worse, that'll be fine. How has your day been?

I hope Ben Schwartz takes over the games.
I think he was the Sonic actor with the most acting range and can pull off making the character more human. 
Plus, he was kind of a mix of all the best aspects of the three actors. 
He had Drummond's flow, Griffith's vocal range and Smith's sarcasm.
I'd more than happy to see him in the new games!

@TomDaBombMLP Well, it wouldn't be the first time Sega just wanted to have all the same voice actors across the board.
However, from what I understand, Sega prefers to hire non-union actors? And if Ben is union-protected, that might make it harder for him to be part of the games and everything else?
Not sure if that's true or not. If it is, Ben would have to be willing to go non-union just for Sonic, and he'd have to REALLY enjoy the role that much to do that.
I've heard it's hard on actors. You can't go union for most roles and then make exceptions for a small few. Makes it harder to find a job, because most of the people asking will be hopping you'll give them an exception as well.
