Well, this has been a good last few days.
The sun has been out, the snow is slowly melting, and it seems like there won't be any additional snow.
I'm still doing my best to preserve energy wherever possible, and I have plenty of bottled water until the city says tap water is safe again. Can't be too careful!

Although, a pipe did burst. My mother's renter found a busted pipe. Good thing it was outside the property, and easy fix for less that $30! If a plumber had to come out and fix it, it would have costed a few hundred dollars easily.
