Hope everyone is enjoying themselves today. I know Mondays can be kind of rough.
I ended up spending the day with my uncle. He wanted to hit up the pawn shops for audio equipment. I didn't find anything I really wanted, but I did find some very tempting items. I think I saw a USB N64 controller for less than $10. (I'm not sure if it was USB or not, the cord was covered). And there was a cool gaming keyboard on sale for $12. However, none of them really spoke to me, and I hesitate to just buy things on impulse. Maybe some day, if I want it that much, I'll get those things on my own time.
But I did get more minutes for my phone, so there's always that!

Not sure I understand. Did I phrase it in a weird way?
An impulse buy is when you purchase something on impulse, as in you had no plans to buy it. I saw items that I could have bought on impulse, but I held myself back because I might need the money later.

@Samurai Equine Oh no you didn’t say anything weirdly! I was just cracking a joke at myself cause I have adhd which can lead me to be impulsive. So it can be hard to wrap my mind around the fact there’s people that have more control of their impulses. Sorry for the confusion.

Oh! Now I get it.
Well to be fair, I have ADD. And while I do have pretty good self control, I might have given in to the impulse if I had friends cheering me on. "Buy it! Buy it!"
