How goes it, my crowd? 

Today was a good day for me!  I got a haircut, and (thankfully) I didn't have to be my uncle's tech support guy. I like spending time with my uncle, but being his tech support is just too much work.

Recently I learned of a new dessert that is WAY too addictive. You just cover popcorn puffs/puffcorn (basically kernel-less popcorn) in white chocolate. It's crazy delicious!  First you taste the sweetness of the chocolate, but the saltiness of the puffs keep it from being too sweet, and the underlying savory butter flavor and the soft puff makes your brain think you aren't eating sweets anymore. It really is a treat that you have to pace yourself with; you could eat too much and not realize until it's too late.
