I just saw Shang-Chi and I loved it! It's a good entry in the post-End Game phase. If Marvel is going to give movies to the other half of their super hero catalogue, it's important to nail the story as good as this one did. I'll probably watch Eternals soon. Not excited about it, but I don't want to be behind on Marvel stuff, not when there's Spider-Man and Venom to see.
Also, WOW! What a huge day I had yesterday! Surprised no one else is talking about the news that dropped...
The singer of Hurricaneger recently put out a cover of the Power Rangers Ninja Storm theme song (you really don't see that every day). Toei just dropped a first look at Kamen Rider Black Sun. It'll take some getting use to, but the designs aren't bad. It's Road Sector that got the worst redesign; it looks more like a motorcycle that Shadow Moon should be driving. But the BIGGEST thing to drop... The one I am surprised none of my followers have been talking about...We finally get our first look at the MLP G5 2D animated shorts. And yes, that includes getting to hear the new voice actors in action!
Putting it in spoilers now, just in case. If you plan to watch, then you'd better do so while you still can, because I get the feeling that it might get taken down soon.
SpoilerIn action, the character models are a little bit more tolerable, but still kind of weird to look at. Ironic considering the new promotional images we get here, which make the character models look even better than the other promotional images released so far.
The voices! I actually like them.
For the most part, they seem to be pretty close to the original voice actors. Izzy's voice was the one that immediately felt off to me. My feelings might change the more I watch this one clip. However, it's only just a few lines, pretty much one line for each character. I need to hear more, but just based on this, I'm pretty satisfied.

Yeah, those designs are still a flaming dumpster fire.
It actually reminds me of The Good Dinosaur in a sense that they both have awful character designs stuck in beautiful backgrounds. 
If people like it, I'm not gonna stop them but for me, it looks just as bad as PL. 
When will Hasbro learn that that's not the way to go?

@TomDaBombMLP Rumor has it that the animated 2D shorts might not be fully comedy-based after all. I'm not sure what people are basing that on, but it would be nice to seem some story at least, if we have to bare this strange animation.
