How goes it, my crowd?

This is a week of premieres. And while I won't be able to see Sonic this week, something else more relevant premiered...

My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale. Four episodes all at once! And you know what?
I actually liked them!
I didn't think I would. I was fully expecting them to be as senseless as Pony Life. Instead, we had GOOD writing! These characters stayed true to who they are. The humor was situational but not forced. There was story building. Even the music wasn't half bad. To me, these felt like short, condensed episodes of MLP FIM except with the new characters and their version of Equestria.

I'll share my thoughts in full this weekend, but this was easily a nice and gentle first step.
