To walk in the steps of greatness...
(Art by Catherine Brown/Ever_CW)
How goes it, my crowd?
Yesterday was pretty bad for me. My computer chair broke down. I'm using a less that perfect replacement. It gives me back support, but there is little to no cushioning. What timing, so close to Christmas...
Mother told me there'd be days like this. Worst is, I am not sure I can afford a new chair right now. I all ready did some Christmas shopping, and I still have more to do. Money is going to be tight.
The good news is, I have Friday off.
And it works out because my mother also has the day off tomorrow, and she wants my help to do some of her own Christmas shopping. So it looks like we'll both knock out whatever is left. Seems I won't be getting any rest tomorrow.
Well at least I'll have a ton of movies to report on by the end of the week~
Goodnight, my crowd.

Thank you all. And long story short, I did enjoy the day, but it was also a lot of hard work.

It's time once again to Equip the Script! Can you guess the right answer?
In Episode 6, Boast Busters, after having introduced herself as the Great and Powerful, the new pony in town goes on to say "Watch in awe as Trixie performs the most spectacular feats of magic ever witnessed by pony eyes!" Fireworks go off as she poses for the potential fans. In a world where magic is all ready common-place, there are naturally some unimpressed doubters watching the performance. What was Rarity's reaction to this display?
A. "My, my, my. What a braggart."
B. "My, my, my. What arrogance."
C. "My, my, my. What a show-off."
D. "My, my, my. What boasting."And yes, the question is a trick question~!

Though we come from different realities, we are all brothers.
Hey there, my crowd. How goes it?
Not the best of Mondays for me. I had to shut down a long-running RP today. Long story short, it was better this way. Wish it had gone on longer, but some lessons in life are learned the hard way.
But at least I am watching more movies!
So that's something to look forward to. They are all holiday themed, but I am getting quite the experience out of it.
Goodnight, my crowd.

Hello there, my crowd! Welcome to my Weekly Musings: Orange Edition.
[I ❤ JAPAN] -- [I ❤ THE COLOR RED] -- [I ❤ CELESTIA]
Feel free to leave a video request. Your video will eventually be featured in a future Weekly Musings entry!
Sometimes, you just wish you could turn back the hands of time, my crowd...
Let's talk about it.
I can't exactly sidestep or sugar coat this... The biggest thing that happened this week was my aunt Holly passing away. Before anyone says anything, I'm fine. I barely knew my aunt in life, so I'm not as broken up about it. Really, it's my family that is more heart broken. My aunt was closest to my mother, uncles, and my grandfrather-in-law.
I think my uncles are recovering, but my mother is still holding in a lot of pain. For her, the realization doesn't fully kick in until later. Not sure what's going to happen in New Zealand where my aunt lived, but there's nothing that we can do about it other than get updated by her next-of-kin.
But it's not all bad news. Speaking of my mother, I at least managed to finish shopping for her Christmas presents.
I got to try some new things, see some new (to me) Christmas movies, and make time for some fun after all. I'll go into those further. Perhaps the biggest news are the two new trailers that dropped for Sonic Frontiers and Sonic the Movie 2! They dropped shortly after the bad news I just mentioned, but I am still SUPER hyped regardless!
I can't remember if I tried this before, but just in case this is the first time, I finally tried the “Bang” brand of energy drinks. Two of them, actually! They had a two-for-one special. The first one I tried was simply called “Star Blast”, which I guess is their Original or Standard flavor. It's not too bad! It's a little sweet, but not too sweet. It's an understated but still-there flavor, and the liquid is transparent. The other flavor is “Rainbow Unicorn”, and I have no idea what it's suppose to be. To me, it kind of tastes like cotton candy, but again it's a subdued kind of sweetness. The ingredients list doesn't help either; all chemicals. Likewise, the liquid is transparent. The can says it's made for those who don't want a super hard crash nor a spike in blood sugar. Makes me wonder if you can really call it an energy drink, or if it's just a sweet drink. Either way, it's not bad if partial sweetness is your thing.
And now... Christmas Movie Time! I managed to stream three movies, two of which are different takes on "A Christmas Carol". First I saw "An American Christmas Carol (1979)". Long review short, it's a very stream-lined version. What it does right is make good on the Mandela Effect that the classic story, this time having Scrooge fire this movie's version of Bob Cratchit in the first half. However, it is brought down by the fact that the characters know about Dickens' story. If they know, shouldn't Scrooge be a little harder to redeem? Next, I saw "A Christmas Carol (2000)". This one is actually British, going back to the story's homeland. It just feels right this way, and no fourth-wall breaking to bring the story down. It's modern and a little brutal, but they make it work. What they do right is having this version of Scrooge win Bella's (Belle) heart honestly so that everyone truly gets a happy ending. Last of all, I saw "Santa and the Three Bears". It's not bad, but I can see why there's been a lack of effort to restore this movie. It even has an unnecessary live-action intro. Honestly, you're better off watching one of those Yogi Bear Christmas specials.
Zenkaiger 38: I'll Be Dead For The Holidays!
Now that is just the kind of episode I've been looking for. Admittedly the MOTW was rather lame, especially when he's making an army of senior citizens rather than ancestors that passed at a young age. However, the true heart of the story is what happens mostly in the later half. Stacey is reunited with his dead mother, and seeing her turn evil suddenly makes him wonder if doing the same thing to Kaito/Zenkaizer is right or not. Furthermore, they are setting up for an even greater next episode! At least I hope so. It sure took a while to get to this point, but I'm glad we're here.
Revice 05: ReVice VS Japan?!
Wow. This episode hits way too close to home, for me at least. It tackles big issues that are present in Japan as we speak, but not in the best of way (I almost sided with the 'villain'). It even takes a less-than-wonderful swing at YouTubers, which is ironic considering some drama that's been happening on YouTube recently. I could go into a big ol' deep dive about these issues and my grievances, but I think it's better to move on. The episode treats it as a connecting bridge to other plot points, so I will treat it the same. I mean, it ends with a Kuuga stamp and the reveal of a new Rider! It also confirms my suspicions, that “Kuuga” is perhaps another way of saying “Cougar” in Japanese. And even though I have some very personal feelings about this episode, it still proves just how deep and profound ReVice really is.
That's it for now, my crowd.
Take care, and save some cake for me.
I am just beside myself this week, my crowd. I had a funny meme video to post based on Sonic the Movie 2, but that was before the actual trailer dropped. I want to post BOTH Sonic trailers! But I only have room for one video... Thankfully, Agrol has got me covered with this new animation video called "Snow Castle [Animation]". I would have preferred to see Twilight be part of this honestly, but I get the feeling we still have more to see from Agrol. What a nice way to celebrate the holidays this year~.

Yes, it's true, I like G5. I am a huge Sunny fan.
And though time marches on, some things stay the same~
(Art by PestySkillengton)
How goes it, my crowd?
I caved. I started streaming Christmas movies. I hope my family would be okay with it... We did just lose a family member, so it feels wrong to be watching happy things so soon. However, part of me doesn't want this holiday to be defined by loss. And I definitely don't want all Christmases going forward to just be a painful reminder of those not with us anymore.
Besides, I saw two other interpretations of "A Christmas Carol" recently. One was good, the other could have been better.
...Not sure if I'll watch a tokusatsu movie this week after all.
Maybe next time.
Take care, my crowd.

I shared my thoughts on it recently. I like it as a stand-alone thing but the fact that it didn't answer any of our questions about what happened in between Gens really irritates me. I like the new characters, Izzy and Sunny in particular.
The first half is brilliantly done but the last ten minutes are way too rushed and you can kind of tell they didn't know how to end it so let's just make a climax with the weakest villain in MLP history.
Having said that, it is still a good movie and was much better than I ever thought it would be.
Not too trendy, had mostly good songs, it looked very nice and it left us aching for more.
I hope the series is just as good, if not better.
Once again, my deepest condolences to your family. Stay strong and try not to be sad because it's over, smile because it happened.
Take care, Tosh E.

@Spidey10 Thanks, but I'm doing much better these days.
@Astral Soul *Hugs* I am watching movies on streaming platforms. I don't have Netflix anymore, but there is lots of free alternatives.
@TomDaBombMLP I could make a counter point for everything you said, but I didn't start this topic to discuss G5. I all ready know and respect your feelings, even if they are different from my own. You've made status updates about it and I have read them in full. I am just glad we both have high hopes for the series.
And thank you for supporting me, my good friend.

Let's proofread the script~! It's time now to go over the results of Tuesday's game!
THE ★★★★★ S-RANK WINNERS ARE: @TomDaBombMLP
THE 1st PLACE WINNERS ARE: None this time.
THE 2nd PLACE WINNERS ARE: @Rising Dusk
The funny thing is, no one actually got it 100% right this time. Everyone guessed C, but the real answer was B, "Yeah? Well, you... You... You are such an-- A flipflop! Cool one minute and lame the next." Still, if you figure out the trick part of the question, you are going to be an S-Rank winner regardless. Also, I don't lie when I say anyone who plays my game is never a loser.
See you again for next week's game. And hopefully next week will be a happier time.
Take care, my crowd.

@Astral Soul You're still a winner in my books, my friend.

Hey there, my crowd!
A personal thanks to all who have been supporting me in my time of loss. I'm feeling better now. Not perfect, but better.
I'll feel 100% soon enough. I need to get together with my family and pay proper tribute to my aunt's passing, but I'll be okay.
... Also, Sonic the Hedgehog just had a huge double trailer drop.
Has anyone seen this? What's next, a trailer for Sonic Prime?
Take care, my crowd.

It's time once again to Equip the Script! Can you guess the right answer?
In Episode 5, Griffon The Brush Off, Gilda ruins Pinkie Pie's party with a rude declaration, to which Rainbow Dash responds "You know Gilda, I was the one that set up all those weak pranks at this party. So I guess I'm queen lame-o." Flabbergasted, Gilda defensively says "Come on, Dash, you're joshing me!" Still, Rainbow Dash stays strong. She faces Gilda and tells her "They weren't all meant for you specifically. It was just dumb luck that you set them all off; and you sure didn't need any help making a fool of yourself. You know, this is not how I thought my old friend would treat my new friends! If being cool is all you care about, maybe you should go find some new cool friends someplace else." That was the last straw. What was Gilda's snappy comeback?
A. "Yeah? Well, you... You... You are such an-- A traitor! Cool one minute and lame the next."
B. "Yeah? Well, you... You... You are such an-- A flipflop! Cool one minute and lame the next."
C. "Yeah? Well, you... You... You are such an-- A poser! Cool one minute and lame the next."
D. "Yeah? Well, you... You... You are such an-- A bait and switch! Cool one minute and lame the next."And yes, the question is a trick question~!

It's definitely C. I remember thinking 'Flipflop? Seriously? That's the best insult you can come up with?'
I think the trick here is that there are quite a few lines inbetween missing. Gilda says 'What?' before Rainbow Dash's 'Queen lame-o' line. And after RD has said 'set them all off.' Pinkie says 'I should've known. That [?] had Rainbow Dash written all over it.' Gilda still thinks Pinkie set up the party to trick her up and make a fool of her. Defensively, Pinkie says that she threw the party to improve her attitude, thinking a good party might turn her frown upside-down. That's when Rainbow says 'And you sure didn't need any help making a fool of yourself.'
*breathes* That's a long one.

@TomDaBombMLP The "[?]" missing word you are looking for is "prank", but that's close enough! You're an S-Rank winner.
@Rising Dusk And you're a winner too!

Hello there, my crowd! Welcome to my Weekly Musings: Red Edition.
[I ❤ JAPAN] -- [I ❤ THE COLOR RED] -- [I ❤ CELESTIA]
Feel free to leave a song request. Your song will eventually be featured in a future Weekly Musings entry!
Sorry this update is a day late, my crowd.
My weekend was so full of activity, I ran out of time to post this.
Let's see if I can give a quick rundown of all the things that happened over the weekend... I downloaded a video game, I did a lot of Christmas shopping (and I'm still not done), got a Christmas tree & decorated it, I got together with my family for lunch on Sunday as usual, made plans for one of my uncle's birthday, got groceries, and watched two movies. Basically, all my free time was used up.
I don't regret any of it, though! All of it was a fun journey, so I don't feel like I wasted a weekend. Rather, I made the most of it.
Buying the Christmas tree was quite the journey too.
I went to three places looking for a deal. Thankfully, I scored BIG on the third place I went to, otherwise I'd have to go back to one of the previous stores and make a purchase. With a 6 ft. tree purchased at super cheap, I had more than enough money to buy decorations, and I put it up on the same day too. Finish the day with some online Christmas gift shopping, and my Saturday was done. I could go into more detail about this journey, suffice it to say that networking and knowing people who have done the shopping ahead of time really does help out in the long run.
[ 1 / 2 ] MOVIE TIME! I saw... SUPERMAN: Man Of Tomorrow! Despite all the advertising that might lead you to believe otherwise, this movie is a mixed bag. They did do a lot of things rights, so they were mostly in the right direction, but they also could have done some things better. Some might argue introducing the Martian Manhunter and Superman at the same time is too much, but I can totally see them being a dynamic duo of their own. I like how visually clear they made it that Superman is solar powered and it heals his wounds too, but not instantaneously. I didn't like that there was a lot of death, yet only one character's death seem to weigh on Superman's heart. It just needed some tweaking to make it a better story element; we don't even know if the victims zapped of life force came back to life or not. Worst of all is we had a scene where Superman was in his fighting evil in his birthday suit (How is it he is finding out as an adult that his regular clothes aren't indestructible like he is?!). How you feel about that might depend on your mileage, but they missed a GOLDEN opportunity! They missed out on a chance to have Superman joke about his outfit, maybe say “I wore my underwear this time, as you can see.” Instead, Supes gave a speech to the world that was a bit too preachy, and he picked a bad time for it. Lots of nitpicks that basically kept this story from really reaching its potential. I'd say overall, it's average or just meh.
[ 2 / 2 ] I also saw... JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK: Apokolips War.
Wow. What amazing irony. I expected the Superman 'solo' movie above to be the good one, and yet I ended up liking this more. Ironic because I wasn't fully invested in this animated movie verse, to be honest. Some titles were good, others fell a little flat. Still, this one went out with a bang, and with a callback to one of the best entries in the series. Is it dark? Very. Darkest one in the series. And because of that, I can't recommend it to everyone. Not unless you are okay with seeing major DC characters dying left and right, and unless you are willing to wait it out 'til the end to find out how they reverse this nightmare from ever happening. The entire story is practically a What-If story based on one of the worst case scenarios with these heroes, and yet along the way are moments that are very rewarding if you like these characters and the journey you went on with them. Next time, I'll be watching Tokusatsu movies. Yes, movies, plural. I'll probably make it another double feature.
Zenkaiger 37: Dai-Kon't Believe It!
All I can say is, I hope this is the last filler episode before we start getting more plot. Everything remotely interesting was ultimately defeated before anything could happen, like making the evil minions stronger or almost summoning Kikai World. And this episode definitely did not get my hungry for radish, but those Japanese dishes at the end made me curious. Of course, even a next-episode preview can be misleading.
Revice 04: The Ends Justified!
Well, this was a rather interesting mix of things. I am glad that Ikki/Revi's brother held him to higher standard, and a talk with his mom helped him grow up a little. This week's new form is based on Faiz, which also sort-of had a family theme in a small way. We got to see the super bike, and it's oddly meta to see the Fenix scientist has Kamen Rider toys. Sadly, the bike was mostly used for a big CGI mess of scene, but at least the CGI was used to display an action scene not easily replicated with practical effects, and it doesn't outlive its stay. But the best part of this episode is how the MOTW's host resolves her family issues. There is something so strongly human and moving about this plot. Every time Kamen Rider tried to attempt this with buddy monsters, this is what I wanted to see. Amazing how Revice actually got it right.
That's all for now, my crowd.
Take care, and get the wrapping paper ready.
I had been hearing some kind of techno remix song that samples one line over and over, "Call on me...". Somehow, I knew I had heard this song before! Proof of how old I am; when I can recognize the samples being used to make new songs. Turns out, this is a song that came out in the 80's, pretty close to my birth year too! So hear it is; tell me if this sounds familiar to you as well. This is the song "Valerie" by Steve Winwood.

How goes it, my crowd?
Well, it's December, and I am ready! I have my old Oshogatsu/Christmas name & avatar up. I've been working for DAYS on the new banner for my profile, and I decided to throw a new signature together at the last moment as well. Hope it doesn't look too busy. I am quite proud of my work.
Oh, and let's not forget, the holiday emotes! I can finally start using them again. I hope everyone is ready for the holidays this month. I've been avoiding it, but now I can finally start listening to and enjoying Christmas carols. I wonder if there is any new Christmas movies available for streaming...
Speaking of, I decided that I am going to be watching a double feature! I'll be seeing both "Justice League Dark: Apokolips War" and "Superman: Man of Tomorrow".
I have no doubt at least one of them will be good. I was planning on seeing Marvel's "Eternals", but that's not available for streaming just yet. Give it time~
Last of all, I do feel bad for some of my friends. Since I don't know what they want, I won't give away any names, but they are probably reading this and they know who they are. Some have possibly been exposed to COVID, and others are going through their own hard times right now. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of them. To everyone else, stay safe, all right?
Take care, my crowd.

It's time once again to Equip the Script! Can you guess the right answer?
In Episode 4, Applebuck Season, Rainbow Dash senses the impending danger and shouts "STAMPEDE!" from the sky. As ponies flee for their lives, we can see Lily, Daisy, and Rose among the fleeing citizens, clearly saying "This is awful! The horror, the horror!" as they pass. However, Pinkie Pie decided to be herself and turn this situation into an opportunity for fun. What does she say as she bounces around?
A. "Hey! This makes me feel silly~!"
B. "Hey! This stampede sure is silly~!"
C. "Hey! This makes my voice sound silly~!"
D. "Hey! This makes me want to do something silly~!"And yes, the question is a trick question~!

Heavy are the shoulders that bear all the responsibility...
Hey there, my crowd. How goes it?
Just a standard Monday for me. Nothing major going on.
Been trying to decide what movie I want to see next. Tops on my list are "Justice League Dark: Apokolips War", "Superman: Man of Tomorrow", and "Shang Chi". Part of me want to save Shang Chi and make it a double feature with "Snake Eyes"; make it a martial arts theme night, a little bit of good with a little bit of bad. However, if anyone wants to vote or weigh in on this, let me know.
Take care for now, my crowd.

Family and food, and tons of both. Can it get any better, my crowd?
Let me share the wild ride~
The obviously big thing that happened this week... THANKSGIVING!!!
My uncle, who was previously quarantined due to COVID, was healthy enough to join us and start picking his life back up. We had tons of food; the leftovers of which we are STILL trying to finish off even now. Lots of drinks. And over all, lots of good times. All the hype I felt was worth it for that moment.
My best set of headphones broke recently.
Hopefully I can replace them with a cordless option. Also, my uncle is getting a demotion because he caught COVID. We're still not entirely sure how or why it is working out like this, but at least he still has a job.
I sure am glad that this upcoming week is going to be the end of November, because I finished a new banner, one made to celebrate Christmas and New Years. Can't wait to show it off soon.
MOTU Revelation P.II: New Champions, New Chaptors!
Part two was... BEYOND PHENOMENAL!!! Never have I seen He-Man and his cast of characters fighting like this. Some people were not happy with the first part of this season, but I really hope they were happy with this new set of episodes. It came complete with happy reunions, power struggles like you've never seen, nods to the movie, and even some episode titles that should make long time fans chuckle a little. The ending is mostly a happy ending that wraps everything up. However, there is a final scene that sets up bait for another season, and now I REALLY hope we get part three! I won't spoil the ending, I'll only say this: It's a huge game changer. It's a fine conclusion on its own, but it will leave you wanting more. Next time: Not sure. Might go for a movie, maybe see some more super hero action.
Zenkaiger 36: A Surprise Headache.
Gotta say, I am really confused about this episode. Morally, I think I understand what they are trying to say, but I don't think it works here. Zox/Twokaizer tried capturing and torturing the MOTW in an attempt to lure out Hakaizer, and Kaito/Zenkaizer didn't really like it. I think the lesson was about not using such underhanded methods or not stooping to evil's level, but it doesn't really make sense here. They kill these monsters all the time anyways; they haven't set them up as individuals to be saved or rescued. I knew there would come a day where Kaito would give Zox a stern talking-to, but I didn't think THIS would cause it. If anything, the only ones harmed were Zox and his pirate crew, and that doesn't seem to be what made Kaito upset in the first place. I feel like I need to watch this episode again, because I honestly feel like I'm missing something here...
Revice 03: Stay On Track!
Not much to say about this episode. Feels like they are spending more time setting things up; like Ikki/Revi's personal motivations, his brother's inner conflict, and a Deadman host we haven't fully seen yet. The new form this week is based on Den-O, but it didn't have a strong connection to what was happening in this episode. I've all ready said that Ikki and Vice are similar to Ryuta and Momotaro, so that's nothing new. But I will say, this show is doing a good job of making me genuinely hate the enemies and the humans that might as well be enemies.
That's it for now, my crowd.
Take care, and don't tell me your belly's aching.
Are we reaching levels of food that shouldn't even be possible? It's bread, but it's also pizza. Cooked on a stove top, not in the oven. Gooey, cheesy goodness that makes you come back for more. Furthermore, it's presented in a style similar to How To Basic, but with actual class, style, and genuine information on how to make something! This is "Creamy Potato Pizza is hidden in Crispy Crunchy Bread!! No Oven! Potato Pizza Bread." by 쿠킹하루 Cooking Haru.

@TomDaBombMLP You heard 'em, boys! Bring in more food! *Delivery trucks full of food roll up*
Hope you can handle it, my friend.
@Pastel Heart It's a dream come true, and now I have a reason to cook it some day.
@Treeglow Flicker I've been hearing similar cases happening to other people. From what I understand, my uncle works for a shipping company, driving delivery trucks. The world can't afford to slow down right now, so they probably had to fill in his position at work with someone else. Every day without a driver is business lost. At least they didn't fire him, and maybe he can work his way back up.
@Astral Soul Another random fact: If you spell it differently "Betelgeuse" is also the name of a popular movie from the 80's, which also had a popular animated spin-off. There's still a dedicated crowd hoping to see more some day.

A little extra gold just makes her shine even more~

(Art by Madlilon2051)Hi there, my crowd!
So much to talk about!
What a great Thanksgiving I had!
My uncle was feeling healthy enough to join the rest of us, making the family complete. We didn't have turkey this year, just chicken. But that's fine, we don't need to be 100% traditional all the time. At least this bird wasn't dry. But wow, we had three desserts, too many food options, and drinks of all kinds! Our plates and cups runneth over. And we were so happy to spend time together, that the party went on all day.
Of course, how ironic that my good headphones broke around the same time.
I can't be too mad, though. It gave me MANY years of good service.
It lasted way longer than it's expected value. I just hate when stuff like this happens THIS close to December. I don't exactly want to make it my Christmas gift to myself, and I need to save up some money so I can get Christmas gifts for my other family members too. Just a bad time for my best headphones to go out. I am using a backup pair, but I hate the kind that enclose around my ears.
Now it's time to watch some He-Man.
Take care, my crowd.

Thanks.
Wait, really?
Did Rarity tell you that? Or did Rainbow Dash tell you that?
I doubt it. Santa doesn't visit adults that live on their own and buy their own gifts.
But thanks for caring.

For all those who are celebrating tomorrow...

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

.png)

And for those who aren't, just know you don't need a holiday to be thankful. Because I sure am thankful for all the friends and good memories I've made here.
Chances are I won't be online tomorrow. But I wish everyone a good day and a good holiday.
Also, in case you missed it, no game this week. We'll do it next week, which will be the last day of November, oddly enough.
Take care, my crowd.

Crimson dragons are the best dragons.
Hello my crowd!
Are you doing well?
I've been lax with posting updates with tokusatsu pictures. Sorry about that. One of my friends inspired me to keep it up, so I am.
I don't have any major updates, but please wish me luck, my crowd. I'm going to be doing grocery shopping tomorrow, and I fully expect the store to be packed with TONS of customers!
Furthermore, I probably won't be doing a game this week. I need a break for the holiday. And for those celebrating, I hope yours is fun and bountiful.
Take care, my crowd.

It's almost turkey time, my crowd. ARE YOU READY?!
Let's get hyped~
I know some weeks I might not have a lot going on, but I REALLY didn't have a lot going on this week. I had to fight hard to avoid going out to eat at all this week, because I need to hold on to the extra money necessary to buy food for Thanksgiving. Not an easy task, but I want to contribute.
I just hope my uncle will be able to be there... (More on that further down.)
I guess for just a rapid-fire list of updates, I saw some more trailers, including the one for the newest Spider-Man movie and She-Hulk. I completed my banner and avatar vector projects, so now I want to move on and make a Christmas banner. I saw some leaked images for Kamen Rider Black Sun, which have me even more curious. Also, still no movies, but I did do something else. Just not in the mood for movies lately. Maybe after Thanksgiving, since I all ready know I'll be taking time off and I have something specific in mind...
Earlier in the week, I learned my uncle still isn't feeling better, even after completing his two week quarantine. I really, REALLY hope that he'll see his doctor and get a clear bill of health before Thanksgiving. I want him to be healthy, and I want him to join us for this holiday. It's going to feel weird if Thanksgiving is just me, my mother, and my one other uncle who can sometimes be hard to get along with. We've all ready lost my grandmother some time back, my grandfather might not join us because of crippling health, and my aunt is in the hospital in her home country. I don't want to feel like our numbers are dwindling. If my uncle isn't there, it will feel like our family has been cut in half. It'll be a lot harder to feel thankful if that happens.
Transformers Cyberverse 328: Hear the Sound of Victory!
Wow, that rollercoaster that was, and it was wonderful. So I am guessing this is the finale of Cyberverse. Sure, there is room for more, but this feels final. It feels like there is nothing else to do. The peace treaty was not only defended, it was strengthened with an ultimate sacrifice. Soundwave, you truly were the greatest. Sure, there are things I would have liked to see. I would have liked to see the Autobots and Decepticons drop their faction symbols and create a new one to reflect their alliance. I would have liked Hot Rod to be the one that defeated Tarn, maybe start his own Rodimus Prime journey. I would have liked to see Volcanicus display a new power or ability that crippled Tarn and his forces. However, both sides stood united against Tarn, and as Optimus declared, all are finally one. If there is more episodes, great! I'd love to see more. But for now, at least this version of Transformers got the happy ending they've always wanted, and Cybertron has never looked more beautiful.
Zenkaiger 35: Breaking the Diamond News!
This was a good episode. Maybe not the best episode this series has ever given, but enough to keep me invested from start to finish. Kaito/Zenkaizer finally knows that Hakaizer is his father. Wasn't easy telling him even without Tojitendo sealing their lips. But Kaito took it in stride, just like I knew he would. But man, that battle... That was cutting it WAY too close there! His dad almost bit the big one~!
Revice 02: How To Train Your Devil!
So many parallels~ This is the episode Ikki tries to tame his inner demon, Vice. Did anyone else get some Den-O vibes? I did. Ryuta forced Momo to apologize and protect mankind, and now history repeats itself. And yet, how fitting that his new Eagle form mirrors Kamen Rider Double. Wasn't Phillip's brave words to Shotaro something like “Are you willing to dance with the devil?” Also, I am hoping Ikki will continue to be his own free agent. If there's anything Kamen Rider has taught me over the years, it's better to be a solo act than to answer to some big organization giving you orders. Furthermore, I've figured it out. I was suppose to hop into this after 5 episodes have aired. Now that 10 have gone by, I can start off slow. MAYBE by the time I get to episode 6, Genm Corp will have subbed more episodes. If not, no big deal, IzuSubs is not the absolute worst.
That's all for now, my crowd.
Take care, and get the food ready.
I honestly forget where I heard this or who brought this song to my attention, though I have a sneaking suspicion who. Still, I like it. I've had similar thoughts about people who are reckless with their possessions and their money. So in lieu of any good Thanksgiving songs, here's a rather bluesy rock song "Perfectly Good Guitar" by John Hiatt. (BTW, if you WANT a Thanksgiving carol, check out the old Hanna Barbera cartoon "The Thanksgiving That Almost Wasn't". I'm not saying that it's a GOOD song, but the main theme really does capture the American spirit of Thanksgiving.)

@PawelS Good thing I always credit the song name and artist. You should be able to find it on your own. But just in case, try this instead~
Spoiler@Stone Cold Steve Tuna I had a feeling I heard it from you.
@Julnt I can always be your guide on that!
And I will, thanks. You too!
@ExplosionMare Me too. Thanks for caring.
@Treeglow Flicker You got it! One song request queued up!
-
@Firefighter Equine Thanks for the alternate link, as apparently I was too lazy to find one myself. And I like the song.
-
@PawelS You're not too lazy. I just have naturally helpful instincts.

Hi there, my crowd.
How goes it?
Feeling pretty good. A close friend of mine got a new job acceptance, so I'm happy for him. Forgive me if I haven't said this enough, but I have a new banner and a new avatar. I am really proud of the vector I made of my OC as a firefighter. I still appreciate what Kujamih drew for me, but I really wanted something a bit more traditional.
Sadly, my uncle has not been feeling better.
He still feels week and sick despite completing his two week quarantine. We all just hope he feels better soon. We don't want his condition to worsen. We really want him to join us for Thanksgiving this year.
Speaking of, even with this uncertainty, I am still HYPED for Thanksgiving!
Tons of food and fun are always guaranteed. It's what I've been waiting for all month, and I will be taking time off to enjoy it properly. I'm also in the mood to make a Christmas banner for next month, but I'm not sure what to put on it...
Take care, my crowd.
