So how is everyone doing this Monday? 

It's not been pretty for me, but at least I got some more minutes for my cell phone. And I've been making good progress on an old show I've been watching. Some of my friends are going back to class, I see. best of luck to all of them. I tried a new recipe, and it came out great!

Good evening, everyone. Or, if you are reading this the next day, good morning? 

In recent news, there was a scare in my family. One of my uncles ended up in a party with someone who had Covid. Which means, he had to stay at home and self-quarantine until he could see a doctor and get tested. Well, he saw a doctor on Friday, and there was good news!
My uncle tested NEGATIVE for Covid. He's perfectly healthy! 
No thanks, of course, to that friend of his who went to a party knowing FULL WELL he was Covid Positive. I doubt my uncle will be seeing much of him any more.

As for me, I am having medical problems of my own, but I'm not at liberty to talk about it just yet. Point is, what I have is not stopping me from being active here. There may be times or moments where I appear less social, but don't look too deep into it. I went to see a doctor, but as expected, I need to see a specialist. So I'll be scheduling something for next week. I'm on top of everything and I'm taking care of myself.  I doubt anyone will even notice I'm gone when I see the specialist.

This week has not been the best for me, my crowd. Plenty of people in my family coming down with bad health issues, including me. I'm probably going to be seeing a doctor either tonight or tomorrow. I don't want to worry anyone, so I won't say much about it. I'll post an update when I know for sure what's going on. For now, it's nothing to panic about.

Today's been a chill day today. Not much to speak of going on. 

Did y'all notice my new banner? I'm so happy with how it came out! And nothing is blocking all the important stuff.

The banner has all my personal favorite super heroes on it. I was inspired by @Sparklefan1234 and all the amazing banners & signatures he makes. If it wasn't for the fact that I had a hard time deciding on that one last anime character to put in there, it would have been done MUCH sooner... But here it is! I feel like there is something in here for all tastes, and I'd be surprised if anyone can correctly identify all the different characters in the banner.

Maybe some day, I'll make something else. Something a bit more simple and less crowded. But for now, I like this.  I'll keep it up until I can think of something more permanent.

...Why does everyone have masks and weapons and stuff?  I'm not talking about THAT kind of purge!
I'm talking about a digital purge. I've had too many extra files on my computer lately, so I have been spending the better half of this week clearing stuff out. I've been deleting the useless stuff I don't need any more, and saving the important stuff to backup drives.

Also, I found a song I have been looking for!  I had no way of identifying the song. All I knew was that I heard it in a few commercials for stuff. And since I had no lyrics to go off of, for a moment I thought it was like some kind of unplugged, pop cover of Kid Rock's "Bawitdaba". But now I know it's actually an original song called "Cobrastyle" by the Teddybears.

It's always good to find something that's been escaping you for a long while.  So what about you? How's your day/week going?

How is everyone doing?

I got a new shirt today. I look good in polo shirts. That little bit of collar really helps, but it stil has the comfortable, casual nature of a t-shirt.

Also, have you ever started typing a comment, but deleted it instead of sending it out because you felt self-conscious about it? I've had that happen to me many times. Maybe I'm over thinking it.

Huh... Is it me, or have we seen this forum's current banner before?  Could have sworn they used this. Which doesn't seem fair, because I know some of my friends have submitted banners for the forum. They are waiting their turn, and this seems like as good a time as any.

Also, I have a question for all my followers that have seen every season of MLP and all the other stuff too. According to a certain set of episodes, the MLP Movie is canon with the G4 TV series. But what if one of the main writers/producers of the show said the movie was NOT canon?  What would that mean to you? How would you logic that out?

Today was a weird day for me. I went back to Aldi, a grocery store that is out of the way for me. The first time I went there, they had a REALLY good deal on ground beef with a very low percentage of fat. A deal I can't find anywhere else. Well, I went there, and said beef is completely gone. Could it have been a promotional thing for when they first opened their doors? Strange... Makes me wonder if I should try again later or not.

In my most recent status update, I shared a lot of music samples, and no one was able to identify any of them. But it's fine, I fully expected to stump everyone.  Had some homemade apple sauce recently. Not bad, but there were some slightly unpleasant chunks. To anyone wanting to try it at home, take my advice: peel the skins off your apples first. In the mean time, I need to find out the difference between a 5-pin USB and a 10-pin USB.

Well, today was a busy day. Sorry for the late update, my crowd.

I feel a little bad... @Sparklefan1234 inspired me to make a banner for my profile, and I'd be done by now... if it weren't for the fact that something is missing, and I don't know how to fill it in. 

I've also decided to be a lot more active here! I missed it so much, so I am brohoofing and relying to status updates more often. Maybe not every one that I see, but more than I usually do. And I am happy about that! 

...I kind of want to make some more mashups...

I recently learned there is a new Muppets show on Disney +. Sadly, I don't have D+, so I cannot watch it... But I do have Netflix, which means I'll eventually get around to watching the new Transformers cartoon they have!

In the meantime, I've really been enjoying my new external Bluray burner/reader!  I tested out some things, and I'm surprised to find some old CDs of mine from the 90's that still work. I could have SWORN I wore them out to the point of being unreadable, but thankfully that was not the case! And now because of that, I have managed to salvage some rare music from back in the day. Music that I STILL don't know anything about. Don't know the names, artists, or anything. SoundHound can't identify the songs either. My mother thinks they might just be generic songs made by an in-house band rather than a well known band/artist, but I'm not so sure...

Should I share them here? Unless you are good at identifying vintage music, I doubt anyone here would be able to help. But I figure there's no harm in asking.
