    Well, I've felt like garbage all day and expect to continue to do so for another day at least...I lost my temper on social media about a political issue, and quickly afterwards, I discovered something afterward that I didn't know about myself:  I'm not good with rejection!

    Not a good combination...

    ... And.. my vacations are over. :( 

    I planned so many things to do during that time, to work on this, to work on that, to practice this and that but instead... I didn't do much. :worry: Was going for a walk a lot, chatting and playing games too much. MamJ89C.png

    That time flew by so fast, I'm not proud of myself, although it was nice to slow down the life a bit. SB2bpHO.png

    So I've heard many, many, many, many good things about a game called "Factorio" and decided to buy it and give a try. It didn't really look appealing at first glance, as generally I'm not into city builders and stuff like this much (maybe unless it has multiplayer, as genre doesn't matter much if I'm destroying playing something with my brother gSghwib.png). I've been told there's this, there's that, you can do this, you can do that, it's not just about building random stuff.

    ... And sweet Celestia, it indeed is insanely addicting! :mlp_icwudt:

    Also building all these logistic systems and whatsoever makes me feel like I was programming games. :P Thinking ahead and stuff, fixing "bugs" if machines decide to stop for some reason - yeah.. Definitely feels familiar. :bedeyes:

    Well, I've caught up with all the episodes I've missed so far. :mlp_laugh: ^^ I gotta say, Pony Life is pretty entertaining. Not only that, they fixed some of the faults they had with FIM:

    Trixie seems to have learned her lesson (for now. honestly, the episode surprised me. I thought I was going to HATE the episode she was in. Thankfully, Pinkie interrupted her before she could say the whole line. You know which one I'm talking 'bout :fiery:) that she shouldn't show-boat all the time or she'll have no friends / she wont have any friends, Rainbow Dash is nowhere near as egotistical as she was in FIM, and Twilight is surprisingly competitive (normally, you'd think Applejack would be the one competing against RD, but no. If anything, she's the responsible one that keeps the gang together) / engaging (working alongside her friends to solve a problem) in this series, which comes off as a breath of fresh air.


    Honestly, I didnt think I'd like Pony Life at all. Now, I'm binge-watching through all the episodes like I did with the earlier seasons of FIM. :laugh: AND I like how they're getting the message across to their younger viewers:

    Some good examples would be In Best Of The Worst where Rainbow Dash, despite being competitive learned as long as you had fun, you're the real winner even if you lost. It's all bout having fun. Another one would be A Camping We Will Go where Rarity came out of her comfort Zone in order to try out new things (that is a lesson I need to learn, tbh) Another one would be Rainbow Dash learning to take a chill pill / take her time in The Fluttershy Effect. If you rush, you aint gonna get the job done. 

    ...and my favourite lesson comes from Dol-fin-ale. It's always best to tell the trust, even if it hurts. That goes without saying. As a matter of fact, that is my motto :mlp_icwudt: What the mane 6 did was wrong, lying to fluttershy 'bout the meet and greet competition to see Finn-tastic and that she's too old to participate, but they did it for a good cause and that was to make fluttershy happy / they didnt want to dissapoint her.

    No really, the messages they're trying to get across to their younger viewers is REALLY good and it reminds me of the 'Dear Princess Celestia' messages of old. THANK GOD they went back to the drawing board. I'd say Pony Life is the equivalent of the earlier seasons. It's just like Seasons 1 - 2, which is a REALLY good thing.

     It's cute, funny and educational. Heck, it's got me binge-watching the hell out of the episodes. Would I buy a DVD of this? Heck yes. Would I make a Pony Life version of my OC? :mlp_ooh: hmm...maybe in the future :catface: 


    I've grown to like the animation. it's cute and it has its own charm. :ticking: I think they all look pretty cute in that cartoon-network esque art-style. Like I said before, it's cute, funny, entertaining and educational. The show DEFINITELY has its moments ^^ it's DEFINITELY worth watching IMO. :3

    So what's your opinion on Pony Life so far? have you watched any of the episodes? :ooh:

    Well, I’m happy to say it’s the 1st day of August here in Australia and the last month of winter.  I can’t wait for September / the first day of Spring :laugh: ^^ I dunno bout you guys, but I can’t stand the cold. :scoots: Tell me, which is your favourite season? :ooh: Mine would have to be Summer. I LOVE the heat ^^ :catface:
