That went well, but I had to laugh with the manager. Apparently, this new round of interviews was to make sure the potential employees know the alphabet in its entirety, and to confirm that they understand they can't be jerks to the customers. I would have thought these things were common sense in ponies looking to work part-time in retail, but it seems some ponies are... lacking.
