Koukatsu

Sheesh, some people. So, I go and pass a bottle of water off to a homeless person on the corner as I'm switching from the westbound offramp to the southbound road, and some idiot speeding down it at 60+ slams his brakes and lays on the horn. Nevermind that I had to slow down anyway for the traffic, because it was a freshly green light, or that the southbound light is always red when you make that west-to-south switch. Hurray, you swerved by, and got to the next red light that much faster....
