      if you'd want a more clear answer on what is and isn't allowed then i'd suggest you to file a support ticket or contact a mod to get the answer. i do not know what everything about the rules.

      it wasn't because of server rules, but actual legal issues that made them resort to put in an age-limit on the forums. again, i don't remember all the details, but they explained why and what happened a long time ago when it was enforced.
