      it has an age-limit because of legal reasons. there was members younger than 13 on the forums before (some even 8 years!), and they had to take neccesary precautions to not get into legal trouble. it's not that they're afraid of girls in bikinis, it's that they're doing whatever it takes so that this forum doesn't get kicked off its server.
