Melody Word

Melody lie down, tired from the day. [When was the last time I got sleep? When was the last time any of us got a good night's sleep for that matter? Thank Celestia Snowflake is letting us crash here. We can't exactly take down Rave or whatever falling asleep on our hooves.] She heard faint bits of conversation from another room, and sat up, trying to listen. Sleep quickly won her over, and she stopped listening. [They can sort it out. I need sleep for now. Nopony is any help to anypony else by running themselves into the ground. I'll see what's going on tomorrow.] She laid down again, this time giving in to her tiredness. [Hopefully the others are rested by morning as well. This should all end soon.... Hopefully. Then again, not like any of us can ever go home again once this is over. Nopony would want us in town. In Equestria for that matter. I just wonder where we will all go. Will we stick together? Split up? Would any of us want to be friends after all this? I wonder what's outside of Equestria. Guess I'll find out. Maybe there will be more towns like Ponyville. It's not impossible, right? Maybe different creatures nopony ever heard of before. ] She drifted off into sleep, wondering about what lay outside Equestria.

Melody nodded." It's great you got even one foal out. Place must have been on heavy duty lockdown, huh? We will go back for everypony else later. Snowflake, you should probably rest a bit. You look exhausted. Also, should we give Rave this yet?" She asked holding up the bottle.

Melody walks into Snowflakes room to find a potion along with a note. "Hey, Sparkle Sword, check this out." She said walking over to him. "Says to give this to Rave once he calms down and stops trying to murder everything. So...... now? Later?" She asked, glancing at Rave.

Melody sighed, and trotted to the door. She stopped, and turned to Rave. "Word of advice, leave Equestria. As soon as all of this is over, run, and just keep running. The others and I will have to do the same. After breaking into Canterlot, Equestria isn't safe for any of us. Especially you." She turned, opened the door, and walked out. "Hey Sparkle Sword, you okay? Seems everypony is a bit... on edge." She looked around. "Also, where's Snowflake? I mean, I didn't expect you two to run away together, but he can't leave now."

Melody sighed. "Drama queens." She paced around the room. "Looks like you aren't going anywhere anytime soon Rave. Whine all you want,but imagine how much worse it would be if anypony else did this. They'd probably have killed you by now. Luck you, we're your friends,so we won't do that. Probably. Might have to if we can't fix you. After all, you did kinda almost destroy Ponyville." [Hope Snowflake and Sparkle Sword get back soon. I can't blame Sparkle Sword for being sad. I'd do the same thing if it was my best friend. It is the only way though....still, not a happy day for anypony. Hopefully we can get this over with and move on. I don't know about our friendships though.] She sighed, thinking back to earlier, when they were all friends.

Melody shot down from the layer of clouds she had hid in, tackling Rave. She pinned him to the ground quickly. "NOW SPARKLE SWORD!"She shouted to her friend. She glared down at Rave. [i'm not strong, I'm quick. Even if he gets up, I'll shove him back down.] "Don't even think about moving, Rave. I'll just shove you down every time. Caught you off guard, huh?" She mocked while smirking. [Don't be a jerk showing off, he could technically still win.]

Melody twitched her ears, and flicked her tail, showing that she was ready. She stood in position, waiting, and watching. She tensed as Snowflake and Rave spoke. [Celestia, I hope this works. If not.... I don't want to think about that. We HAVE to get this right. I know we will, as long as me and Sparkle Sword don't mess up. Then again, I'm the pony that trips on closed doors.... Dear Celestia I'm a klutz. At least I know what to do. Should work. Just need to watch, not think. Act, not think.] She looked around, taking in the scene. She looked back to the group of used-to-be friends, alert for anything. [Hopefully nopony got hurt. At least, not fatily. If this doesn't work, sounds like Rave might. Could they really kill him though? Any of us? We were all friends at one time. What if I have to kill him? No, Snowflake or Sparkle Sword, they're stronger, they would probably do it. Probably.... unless they die. If Rave KILLS anypony, I will kill him. No questions asked.]

Melody laughed. "Sounds like something my brother and I would do. Actually, I'd probably crash it on purpose to annoy him. Fix later. Anyways, when are we gonna start hunting down Rave? More importantly, does he know we are after him? I mean, do we even SEEM like a threat to him?" Melody wondered out loud.

Melody smiled a little. [Huh,haven't smiled in ages.] She shrugged. "I know about Terik, but how would that help us? You think we could use some sort of power like that? Terik stole his power, we can't do that. We need to know where to strike first, after we know what we're doing. We might not get a second chance to help Rave, or Ponyville. Any suggestions?" [Never thought I OC all ponies would be thinking about battle strategies. Never thought I'd BE in a fight either. I just hope nopony gets hurt..... or worse. I know Rave needs to be stopped, but to KILL somepony? Especially if they might be innocent.... I couldn't do that. But if I don't....] Thanks, glad to be back!

Melody looked doubtful. "Snowflake, you don't plan on killing Rave, do you? I mean, maybe this isn't his fault. Magic can do something like this, I think, so maybe this is something else..... but you're right. We need to stop him. Hopefully without hurting him. Then again, Equestria won't be happy with him...." She turned to Sparkle Sword. "What where you saying before? You thought of something?"
