I'm working on one right now with GIMP. It's going to be hard to do some of the CMC, as I don't really know how I could feature them. True. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw that soon. Hmm...why the heck not? AHEM...Darude - Sandstorm...I deserve to be banished to tartarus O_O

This is a short story I've been working on for a while. The actual story was made in OpenOffice, so I'll be copying off my document. I'll be working on this alot, and I'll update it every new chapter. The actual text file is alot better than this, so if you want the document file, just message me on my profile. Enjoy! The Story of XTH written by Xtreme The Hedgehog Table of Contents Chapter 1: Introduction (Pg. 1) Chapter 2: A Surprising Surprise (Pg 2-6) Chapter 3: --Chapter 1-- My name is Xtreme T. Hedge. I don't have a job, but I sometimes study hedgehogs in my free time, which is why some of my friends call me Xtreme T. Hedgehog (or XTH). I live in Manehattan, and many people think that anyone who lives in Manehattan is lucky to live there. I disagree, the sound of cars going by, the pollution, I just can't take it. I've been looking for somewhere else that's peaceful, has trees, and is perfect. I found a place named “Ponyville”. I looked up a map, and it looks like it's going to be a long trip. I've already packed up and found a good airline. It leaves in a 2 hours, so I better get leaving. --Chapter 2-- Finally I arrived at the airline. I board the plane, and get ready for a long trip. It's like any plane ride, they offer you peanuts, you get seated next to a really sweaty guy, you eventually fall asleep. When I finally woke up, we were just about to land. Let me just say that Ponyville is nothing like Manehattan. It's just what I like: peaceful and quiet, and almost everypony knows each other! Only things left to do is find my house and unpack. My house number is 31, so this might take awhile. The first pony that comes up to me is a pink pony with a curly mane. All I say is “hi”, and she gasps and runs away. She comes back, looks at my paper (I wrote down my number for my house), and ran away in a different direction. I thought, 'Why would she want to know my house number?', but I just shrugged it off. If she knew my number was in that direction, that's probably where I want to go. I run towards that direction, and what do you know, I see numbers flying by in my direction. 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31. Wait, 31! So here's my house, and that pony is nowhere to be found. I'm guessing she ran back or something. I can't wait to get unpacked, because I really need to get on my laptop and do some stuff. I open the door, and the only thing I see is almost everypony in ponyville standing there. Are they using this house as a temporary party zone or something? The pink pony goes up to me again, this time actually talking to me. “Welcome to Ponyville! My name's Pinkie Pie! What's yours?” said Pinkie Pie. “Uh...Xtreme T. Hedge, but you can call me Xtreme,” I answered. “Why is everypony in my house? Did I get the wrong number?”, I asked. “Of course not! We're throwing you a little 'Welcome to Ponyville' party! We do it for everypony!”, said Pinkie. “Well, that's nice and all, but can I at least get unpacked?”, I asked nervously. “Oh, sure!”, said Pinkie. She then turned to the crowd and shouted, “Everypony! This is Xtreme T. Hedge, but he prefers to be called Xtreme. We need to give him some space to unpack!” I then went and started to unpack my stuff. Nothing much, just my laptop, my study papers, and I forgot to mention this before, but I have a pet hedgehog. His name is Quill. Yeah, I know, kind of a lazy name, but hey, it's definitely a name for a hedgehog. You're probably wondering why I had my pet in a traveling case, well he likes sleeping there, so I just keep him there. As soon as I bring him out, Pinkie rushes over and says, “WOW! You have a pet?!” “Yeah, his name is Quill.” “I've never seen a pet hedgehog before! Can I touch him?” “Yeah, but be careful, he's sleeping right now. His quills are a bit sharp also.” Pinkie then touched the hedgehog. That's pretty much it, no detail to it. “He feels so spiky!” “Well he is a hedgehog after all...” “Yeah, I guess that's why.” I got everything out, set Quill down next to my laptop (he likes the heat that comes off of it), and more ponies come towards me. 5 ponies to be exact, there's a blue one, a purple one, an orange one, a yellow one, and a white one. The purple one comes up to me first. “Hello. I am Twilight Sparkle, and these are my friends, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rarity.” Just then, a purple small dragon walked up to Twilight. “Who's that?”, I said, looking at the dragon. “I'm Spike. What's your name?”, said the dragon. “My name's Xtreme T. Hedge. My friends call me Xtreme Hedgehog, since I like to study them.” “Is that why you have a pet one?”, said Twilight. “Yeah, his name is Quill. Do you guys have pets?” “You bet!”, said Applejack, “Mine's a dog named Winona, Rainbow's is a tortoise named Tank, Fluttershy's is a bunny named Angel, Rarity's is a cat named Opal, Twilight's is an owl named Owlowiscious, and Pinkie's is a baby Alligator named Gummy.” “Cool, maybe Quill and them could play together sometime.” “Yeah, maybe someday they can. Well, it was nice meeting you!”, said Twilight. “Thanks!”, I said. Suddenly, my laptop made a sound, like when you get a new email. I looked at it, and immediately took it (and Quill) and ran to my room. Spike had sent me an email about something very important. Only me and Spike knew about this. The email said: “Okay, Xtreme. I've found some information. After studying it for a bit, I've found that it's becoming more and more unstable. We need to make a plan quick. It's not going to happen today, but It's definitely coming soon. It's loosing stability, so we'll have to make a plan quick. ~Spike” I started to reply, “Alright. I'll start making one now. We need to be prepared.” I then closed my laptop, and headed back downstairs. Sure enough, the party was still going on. That's when Pinkie ran up to me again. “So what was the email about?”, asked Pinkie. “Nothing.”, I replied. “Ok!”, said Pinkie. That's when I realized something. Surely there had to be at least one pony in Ponyville that knew what was going on, or at least was really good in science. “Hey, Pinkie,” I said. “Yeah, Xtreme?” “Do you know anypony that's really good with science? Like, really good?” “Yeah! My friend Twilight is really into science. She has a book for everything, and she knows everything!” “Alright, thanks,” “No problem,” “Perfect,” I said under my breath. “Now I can get more help on this,” I muttered to myself. That's when Quill finally woke up. I decided to just continue on with the party. --Chapter 3-- So the party ended, and I finally got some peace and quiet. After a bit, I decided to head to Twilight's house (more like “tree”). “Twilight?”, said Xtreme, “Oh, hi, Xtreme! What do you need?”, I replied, “I heard that you're really good with science, and I need you're help with this,” “Yes, I know a lot about science, and I'd be glad to help you with anything,” “Ok, because even though nothing is going on right now, we've got a real problem here,” “If there's a problem, I'm sure it's nothing that the Elements of Harmony can't handle,” “The whats of what, now?” “You don't know what the Elements of Harmony are?!” “No, are they like the Chaos Emeralds?” “What are Chaos Emeralds?” I almost choked when she said that. How could she not know what Chaos Emeralds are?! “Oh, they're just some EXTREMELY POWERFUL STONES THAT CAN GRANT YOU POWER 1000 TIMES YOUR OWN!!” “Just like the Elements of Harmony!” “Guess so...anyway, I'll show you more of it later, but will you help me?” “Yes. If it's a real-world crisis, I will help,” “Thanks, Twilight. See you tomorrow!” “Bye, Xtreme!” I went back home to find out if hedgehogs lived in Ponyville. Now I just wait until tomorrow to find more information.
