Auria was a killer, a murderer, and an absolute monster, or that's what she thought. There was just so much going on in her life. First a group called Area takes her in knowing that she wasn't completely human and two years later she gets sent over to Area 51 which was in USA. Auria didn't even bother reading the letter she received from the higher-ups, but she knew she had to go, and she couldn't escape because she knew they would just find her. "I guess I don't have a choice.." She mumbled as she took the MTR all the way over to the airport and got off with a small luggage and a backpack. Area provided her the money for a ticket, since she couldn't really afford it herself.
Eventually she got on the plane, where she was told that the ride was going to take around twelves hours. Surprisingly enough, the ticket was actually a seat in the first-class section, so that was a plus. It was her first time she got to ride in first class, but it didn't really matter to her. She sat down and tried to relax, but the thoughts of what kind of people she would meet and how she would get judged by others when she arrived worried her. It wasn't a big deal but it felt like it was everything to Auria. Her disorder doesn't help either. She groaned in frustration as she covered herself with her hoodie and fell asleep before the plane even took off because it was night time in Hong Kong and she was quite the sleeper, having the ability to fall asleep within minutes.
The plane landed quite smoothly and before you know it, everyone started to get off the plane in a hurry. She was woken up by the noise of others chatting off on their phone, so Auria grabbed her belongings and got off the plane. Her stomach growled as she headed out the gates, which isn't a good sign. She was starving since she didn't eat anything on the flight, and normal human food just wouldn't cut it. Auria needed flesh or else she would go insane. She held it in and left the airport. Auria spotted a recognizable Area car, so she got in without saying a single word as they headed towards Area 51. One of the agents handed her an ID card with her name on it, so she pocketed it. The car was going quite fast, but maybe it was because Auria was acting quite threatening, like a lion who was about to devour its prey.
Before she knew it, the car came to a halt so she got off and headed through the entrance. The thought of having to eat herself to satisfy her hunger sent a shiver down her spine, but she might just have to since she looked half dead, which isn't that surprising. Auria looked around and spotted the elevator, so she went over and swiped her card before she entered since that's what all the cool kids do nowadays. *Beep* went the card scanner as she entered the elevator and went down. With her ID card still in her right hand, she exited the elevator and flashed it at the guards before putting it back into her pocket. Her hoodie was pretty much casting a shadow across her face so it was hard to see how she looked like, but it was definitely a girl from the way she was dressed.
Auria spotted a group of people near the bar, but she didn't want to approach them because she looked awful, and it would give everyone a bad impression of her if they saw how she looked like right now. She headed to the toilet on the left and looked in the mirror. "Gosh, I look awful.. Aaah, whatever.." She said as she bit into her left arm and took a chunk of meat off herself. Even though she could regenerate it, it was definitely going to leave a scar behind for many years to come. It was the first time she has ever consumed her own flesh, but it wasn't that bad since she was half human after all. Auria felt relieved from hunger, but she was kind of disgusted that she are herself. Luckily, within a minute, the wound regenerated enough to stop the bleeding. "I feel better already!" She said cheerfully with relief as she washed the blood off her hands and headed out of the toilet.
She saw a girl with a cloak watching TV, and she was sitting quite far from the others. Auria didn't know if she should approach her or the others, but she followed her gut and approached her instead of the people chatting away at the minibar. Auria sat down on the same couch the other girl was sitting on and said "They look like they're getting along with each other quite well." referring to the others gathered around the minibar. Auria wasn't making any eye contact with her since she seems quite tired from what it looked like to her. "So, where are you from?" Auria asked as she tries to spark some sort of conversation.
