I am ultra receptive too those feelings around me.

I know how you feel. I'm less sensitive now tbh than I was a year ago. A year ago when I went into a room, and someone felt bad, or some other negative emotions, I would pick it up immediately and I would feel like that myself right away.

Now I'm more able to filter those emotions. Someone else's emotions shouldn't make you feel sad. It's ok to pick it up, it's ok to help them, but it's not good when you start to feel sad/negative as well. But it took me 1,5...

years of therapy to come to this point.
