@,@@Colenso Rivers, Etherius turned his head as the new comer came to listen better and responded quickly "Not really" he then focused on his hearing to once again monitor the area around him. Meanwhile Mepherit looked up at the person who came in the metal suit 'another weirdo... and a rude one at that' she calmly thought unsure if Etherius or her were the weirder one of the bunch "I... Didn't pick these clothes. Etheri-" as she was about to finish her sentence Etherius hand was over her mouth and she could feel a slight pressure over her mouth as she remembered "Ethera here picked them I mean" she said doing a false laugh afterwards which was so obvious to decipher it was a lie. Etherius then simply said "First, about her past. Better not ask. Second, my name is Ethera. Nice to meet you and I'm doing fine, you?" Etherius spoke almost a little restrained. Mepherit then quickly told her name, although it almost ended up in a yell "I'm Mepherit!" Afterwards Etherius stated a question at the new comer "Oh, I guess I'll ask another question as well. Do you take a book for its cover this often?"

@@Colenso Rivers, Etherius didn't turn to face the person the whole way due to watching the fight but spoke beside him "I have no worries. The worst thing is if I die. Not like it isn't different to a normal day" even though his girly sounding voice sounded happy and unworried deep down in his voice you could detect worry and coldness as if he didn't want to talk to this person, as if he remembered a gaze when the person first came up to them that he felt before as well. Meanwhile Mepherit wasn't prepared to see a person sneak up on her... Or rather just walk up to her and she rapidly thought 'He must be a master ninja... Or really good at hiding, maybe an assassin... Wait thats bad, isn't it?' Her face looks as if she deep in thought before saying anything "I... Don't know" she answered the question with and Etherius just sighed and said "Didn't you go around and shout you wanted to slay all the monsters in the morning...? I think this may be a step to that goal" Mepherit looked at him as her cheeks began to turn red "I-I did not!" Etherius shrugged "You do realize you talk in your sleep" as he said that her cheeks were fully red and her face had turned a bit red as well, she tried shouting at him but only air would come out of her throat "This is why you should have listened to your instructor you know" Mepherit then dropped her head as if defeated by his words as she uttered a few quiet words "Its not my fault he reeked of alcohol..."

Etherius stood there with the feeling of being watched as if through a mirror before the general spoke in which the feeling vanished. He stood quietly and Mepherit who seemingly didn't notice someone watching them and was so tense she almost got scared by the general's voice immediately turned around to face him. After the name was said Mepherit turned her head to the person to know how they looked. Etherius however didn't move his head until they released the monster at which point he was looking at the person in question as he fought.

(Quick note: I'll seperate Etherius and Mepherit in colours while talking) Etherius and Mepherit stood beside eachother whilst waiting on the initiation, Mepherit looked around uncomfortably due to various reasons but mostly because of protecting Etherius ''I just hope your father doesn't see this..." she said to Etherius with an obvious nervous voice "But today he has guests over, you know that already" Etherius said trying to comfort her "But... You know how fast words spread!" she said mad at his unworried behaviour "Calm down Mepherit. Save your anger for later" Mepherit just stared at Etherius for a minute before turning away from him to look at the other contestants "I'm only doing this to protect you... Idiot" she whispered silently before straightening herself and waiting in a half-relaxed half-tense standing position. Etherius on the other side stood there unconsciously emitted a watching presence as his senses other than sight were heavily enhanced due to his blindfold.

He took his form and quickly filled it out. He then heard Redwood asking and listened through before speaking up ''Well, I am a scientist. My subject is Chemisty mainly, as is my talent. If we find materials for me to create something... Special, oh and I got my magic with me. Don't own weapons really'' he said while demonstrating his magic by lifting up a pebble on the ground ''Wish I had something bigger with me now...'' he added to it afterwards.

@, @@crispy fries,@, Plaguebearer did a nod confirming the hello before letting out that chillstakingly friendly voice ''Name's Plaguebearer. I am here for the job as a bounty hunter, although my real job is that of a scientist. I just happen... To be short on... sub- Cash'' he said with his voice not ever turning more or less friendly. He then greeted the other two telling them his name briefly ''Plaguebearer, nice to meet you'' before going ahead to the technician

@@crispy fries, @,@, Foulbearer was quite a ways over in yonder from the other ponies as he sighed and told himself in his mind that he had gotten lost. He quickly opened his left eye staring out in the scenery far wide ahead of him noticing the place where he should be. He quickly closed his eye after and walked over. Once he got there he went up to the ponies that seemed to be... Peculiar, at least compared to the rest. It was a mare and a stallion with some other, regular looking fellas. He spoke a word of greeting to them ''Hello.'' it wasn't anything but friendly, heartwarming and welcoming voice. Unfit for someone who looked almost as if he had murdered something on the way here. But unbeknowest to him he talked like that, most of the time.

@, If one were to look around they would only see neutral or mildly cold zones due to the abandoned area. Where the sun hit the buildings a little infra-red heat would reflect off it. Inside and near the lab however a generator laid, somehow it had remained unnoticed by the countless people searching high and low, or was it? Either way the lab and the surrounding areas showed a cold blue, the generator in place was absorbing thermal energy in the air to generate power leaving most of the surrounding areas at a chillingly -5°C or 23°F. Inside the place the one who laid in wait finally stepped up which turned off the gravity. Shortly after he picked up some refigerated water... No one knows how long its been there, probably tasted a bit strange due to the bacteria that had grown inside it. Afterwards he went back and the gravity turned up again and he sat there looking straight head on at the door.

@, In the industrial zone each buidling by now had been marked by a letter on top of their roof. This letter was of which district they were part of. Many of them had different districts when they were next to eachother and they all ranged from A-K in the alphabet. A lone small, quite unharmed buidling was standing still with the strange appearance of an almost washed away G on it. The door to the place was locked from the inside by a complex electrical method that if lost would release a normal lock and barricade the door from the inside. Inside of this complex industrial-like building was a lab and an office-like room with super hero gadgets and plans all around was the goal of this treasure hunt... But unknowingly to him the lab had some sort of... Crystal infestation of unknown origin.

@@reader8363, @, Nerlate had been slower than the other two but finally stepped onto the light and said calmly ''Undercity'' after feeling a slight unease in the atmosphere he was teleported to where the other two were in undercity. When he exited it felt like some parts of him was quite left behind, not that they were. Maybe hes just not good with the transport through it ''Anyone else feel like their heads have twisted open?'' this time however his speech patern was more modern and you could feel some sort of emotion laid behind it.

@@reader8363, @, He had listened to the two before answer Shadow first ''Drink, I do not, water is exceptioned to that'' he then waited a second before explaining what took him so long ''In all means, Late I am, due what for? Alas nothing, golems I created, distract the guard did they.'' After that he turned to twilight ''It is of pleasing nature to meet, Miss'' he said with a simple bow before answering her question ''Shift my shape? I do not. Shift realities, breaking the bonds... I guess. However, is this needed? Certain its a no. Shift my shape, I do not. Change my form? Might.'' he said it as cryptic as he could without leaving out too much he then added a small extra ''Word knowledge, seek I do not''

@, @@reader8363, Nerlate looked unsurprised at what was infront of him. He then listened to Twilight asking him questions which he answered shortly after she was done ''Am I allowed to tell? Negative. Simply meaning, I am only me. Only Nerlate, may you call me a protector or guardian of said world we are in? Positive, yet negative. Guardian nor destructor i am not.'' he told her before putting down a grey looking crystal which made a fog appear around them ''This crystal projects said shield around us, conceals us it does. For how long? I do sadly not know, never used. Never made again'' after that he got a ping from the 'chat' which was from someone he had never seen on the list before. It was another new born one. It probably had gotten to it unconciously and wanted to ask what it was for or something, as it did that he seemed to be distracted and spacing out endlessly explaining how to use this ability to the fullest to the child. He then went back and focused on Twilight ''Asking i forgot, what your name is. May i recieve the knowing?''

@,@@reader8363, Peachplum walked over to something that looked like a town centre ''This looks like a perfect place, don't you agree Nerlate?'' Nerlate sat there and didn't respond ''Giving me the silent treatment now? You're so cold to ladies as usual Nerlate'' Nerlate then spoke ''Peachplum. Work you have to finish, no need to chat'' Peachplum shrugged and sighed ''This is why you'll never find anyone'' at this point her horn had started to glow an eerie green, it then started to release dark magic which created golems from the ground, the buildings and from a single tree. She then instructed the golems to just go wild before cutting off the conncetion to them so if one were to capture one it couldn't be led to her, although this causes them to not recognize her as an owner. After this she teleported away and found herself near a signal of some sort, by then half of Peachplum's face had been replaced by Nerlate's ''It's already over? Oh well. Have fun avoiding the golems Nerlate'' after that Peachplum's whole body vanished in a cloud of darkness and Nerlate's was back into the realm, he had sent a thank you to Peachplum before going to where the signal was sent from which was the school in the nearby region. He went up to the guard and tried to enter, but of course they blocked his path and told him that without proper identification they couldn't allow him to enter. He calmly took out a brown crystal and put it on the ground, it then started to crack slowly releasing some sort of musical noise. This noise then made the ground around the guards transport them downwards until their heads were under the ground and sealed it with some breathing holes. He entered the school grounds after planting another two brown crystals but this time they were light brown and created small golems of some sort. They had no connection to Nerlate but they still listened to his commands, the command this time was to distract and if possible not kill the guards. He then went to the place where the signal was sent from only to find Shadow and someone he didn't seem to know.

Walking through his old base he turned on the lights. There were not windows inside, outside you could see windows that never lit up. The building itself looked like it was abandoned. Inside there were machines for training, a chamber looking door which led to his personal training room. On the wall were two pony skeletons hanging on wooden shield looking decorations with a third one being empty, underneath them were their names. The last corner of the base except for the countless paper filled desks and tables was one single trophy case. Inside there was a mask quite like his. Exception to that its a sad face. So, he took off his mask and put it on a table and looked at the mask inside the trophy case ''If only'' he said before going through some of the paper piles. He found what he was looking for, a single knife which he put out on the floor in the open. The knife had a black blade and a white handle, he then put on his mask again and went into his private training room which was in total silence... Nothing was heard in it, it was also in total blindness until he opened the door. There was no dust and as soon as he entered a slow and jittery voice sounded ''W...w...wel... me back'' in a feminine voice. Behind the mask a single tear fell from his left eye as he went up to the chair that was in the middle. Tons of different tools were scattered on the floor as he sat, in one single chair in the room made from the same material the walls were made of and it was even fused with the floor. When he sat down the door automatically closed and the robotic voice sounded again ''I...in..ating p-p-p-p-p-p-p...gram'' the voice went silent once again leaving the room in silence and darkness for five seconds before light sources lit up in the room and gravity started to gradually begin to change, intensifying gradually until it hit a maximum of ten times the gravity of the outside world. Inside there, his bones creaked everytime he tried to move. But he didn't move anymore after a few seconds. This was the method of training that person had created for him, the one and only loss he regrets doing by his own hooves. @, The note which Nightlight had seemed to be splitting from another one hidden behind it. The part behind it started with saying ''Industrial Zone'' and had the random letter G scrawled on it messily with some red ink that had dripped making it hard to make out what it actually said.

@, Ephebram looked at the people around him ''Spreading words people like them do. Spreading truth, is what a hero does'' he said as he started to walk away ''Villians however, do not spread at all. They stay, watch. Most, angry. Others sad, none do as I.'' as he said that he vanished almost like a ghost, leaving a note on the ground stating the street name of the police station and simply the words ''police'' at the end. Later he appeared outside one of several small police stations for the city. ''For I, speak like none other. I who speak in tongue, to return to my former.'' he went inside the station only to greet the police that were lazing around in there. Before he walked out after scaring away most of the unarmed policemen and some who tried to arrest him he turned to the hidden camera then said ''No speech, falls from villians. People who hero call themselves, worse they are. Punishment deserves, I. Among others, will show.'' after that he walked out leaving everything even the horrific scene of the police men who half didn't see what was coming. Whilst the other half feared death in the end. All shared the same fate of a thousand cuts before they could pull the trigger on his hand, all fainted before dying. Outside the police station he left another note which simply stating ''I do not regret this path, blood was already on my hand. Three thousand less or a milion more. Why care, if death is the same. Why not continue if hate, fear and terror is already in your hand? I chose this path. And if i don't finish it, how would i ever be able to call myself a hero again?'' the place he had then left to was his old hideout which only few others knew. One of them still alive, the rest dead. By his own hand, inside there was dust, spider's and their nests. It was a mess at this place. But he knew this Nightlight would be able to track him to this place if he wanted answers, clues that were left here. And at the moment, him for awhile.

@, Ephebran turned around to face Nightlight and... This crazy lunatic who bombed the store, after the lunatic had woken up from several near-lethal blows he was approached by another pony which seemed to know him. Some person called Bedlam, her and him had a conversation before he teleported away and she vanished, he then turned to face Nightlight face to face showing off his mask. A black outer border which contained a white oval form which had a smiling face on it. The eyes were not holes to the other side of the mask however, they were one way glasses that had the same overall durability of the rest of the mask if it was ever hit. The glasses were tinted but due to the technology Ephebran was able to see if the glass wasn't even there to begin with. It was almost magic but without any enchantments at all. The eyes were glowing a weak red due to the red tinting on them however. Otherwise the smile was a creepy wide grin that was entirely black. When he talked it even moved up and down to simulate it as his face, it also let out his voice as if nothing was in the way but it was of course voice modulated to sound encrypted. Some words were hard to understand while others were mostly static or glitchy. And at this point it started to open its mouth to let out this terrifying voice ''Hello, how does thee bear the day of scorch in an outfit such as yours?'' at the end the mouth closed letting out something like a breath, it was cold and smelled like burning charcoal.

@, Nerlate looked around and an idea popped up in his head, 'a great way to ruin a country is destroying it from the inside, right? What if i destroy it... from EVERYWHERE?!' he got a bit excited at the end there and his form seemed to glitch for a brief second increasing his magic and it's pressure thousands fold, but only for a split second before he regained control. Knowing guards would show up he blitzed away with a lightning element crystal to the other part of the town, this part of town wasn't as dirty. It was one of the wealthier districts apparently. He went in an alley and found himself alone. Alone in the alley he knew the perfect way to do this, why not swap position with one of his alternative selves for a minute or two? He checked if anyone of them were available and a list popped up in his head. The list had about two thousand ponies which next to their name was a red icon with the words busy under and countless others had ones like dead, danger, inter-dimensional, dimensional being, god, demon, devil. But one in importance always shined through the other ones, it was that him. The original a being so evil, so cruel he split his entire dimension and made himself a god of a twisted realm, after that he created what he called infections. His name ironically was Sundance the Sole-Balancer. Nerlate decided to ask Peachplum, nothing was important about her except her title in her world 'Indestructible Shadow' apparently she was able to control her shadows and those of other people to protect her or attack... Seemed familiar, ofcourse she wouldn't be able use said power but she could still be useful due to her unique magic knowledge. So, he opened up the 'chat' box which was more like a telepathy between dimensions for them. They started talking about some old times before getting to the main event ''So, you want me to do what? Nerlate sweetie?'' Nerlate didn't get disturbed by how she acted ''You know i and you are the same person.'' he said back with her responding quickly ''Oh, don't be like that Nerlate! Just tell me what you wanted me to do'' Nerlate got a bit annoyed at the way she was acting like always ''I ask of you, to simply cause chaos'' shortly after this he got a reply from Peachplum ''Oh my, Nerlate. Aren't you supposed to be 'protecting' that world. That was what you said when you asked Essence to save that village. That was pretty fun to hear. From someone who even among us is a special existance.'' He could hear her giggle after this ''That was an old part of me. I am now Nerlate, one who protects what he calls home'' soon after this a bright shine engulfed the alley and a brown-orange pony with orange hair and a horn... But also with a cutie mark of a cycle ''Nerlate dear, why do you always pick these dumps to contact me?'' a loud crash was heard in the telepathic connection as Nerlate had tripped on something ''I do think there is no worse dump than the room you own Peachplum'' Nerlate then felt a stinging pain in his cheek from the thin air ''Oh, don't be so mean. I've already loaded my room with traps and various lovely magic spells'' Nerlate sighed and sat down in the mess that was Peachplum's room in the royal academy's dorms, but now back to the world in which we place our story where Peachplum had walked out of the alley catching other people's attention ''What? Haven't you ever seen a lady before?'' she arrogantly said to them before continuing down the road to find a suitable place. (Darkhaert, I do believe that Nightmare will be alerted of Nerlate vanishing and Peachplum taking his space in the world temporarily. Although it would be hard to pinpoint her location. Oh and this is if she can 'sense' magic... And sorry for the long post... But i guess this better explains his ability in a practical way and how he first was born...)

Nerlate woke up feeling dizzy and as if his soul had been ruptured out ''Hmm... This feeling, strange indeed.'' he then jumped off the tower and used the last second of flight to land, he knew he was near the castle and felt he wasn't welcomed so he quickly used a lightning wind element crystal to travel tens of times faster than sonic speed away to a part in the city. Due to the consuming nature of the crystal it only lasted a few seconds and he felt it take a small toll on him.

@, @, Nerlate followed into the forest after getting his question answered. Often he would peer out to the left and right of him for danger as he knows the everfree forest has some insane ones... And who knows what this world will have? He also didn't have any crystals on him so he was almost defenseless to the point of where he would probably die a horrible death if he tried to fight. But as this was he walked fast enough to catch up to the mysterious creature and Emerald. Leaving Saturn behind him. He then asked this creature ''I ask of you, who seem civilized yet formed brutally of the name i should call you by?'' He had remembered now hearing it before when he first came. Vaguely of course, but he remembered being called someone who was not of this world, he doubt that it was wrong due to what he is. He isn't of this world, he is of another, exactly the same. But still many differences.

@@Dapper Charmer, Ephebran was lazily walking through the streets when he heard an explosion far away. It didn't matter to him as it would most likely kill him but still he was compelled to go there. He hastily made it into an alley to cover up his face with the mask he once had as a super hero. He then jumped up the walls of the buildings reaching the top of them shortly. After that he roof jumped from roof to roof until he got closer to where the explosion had been, this allowed him to see where the explosion had been and saw the remaining smoke and fire from the once bigger explosion. After examining the situation he jumped down the building landing on the ground with a silent crack of the ground beneath him as he staggered slightly when stopping his legs motion from making him fall. It didn't make him fall but made his legs hurt quite a bit before he started walking up to the scene walkthing through and staring closer at the debris. He then sighed as he saw some pony standing there.

While the gang had been distracted, fighting, trying to capture something Nerlate had sneaked away from the group to plant some earth, shadow and light combined stones that act like cameras. Picking up sound and views while being completely invisible. It operates using no magic, but if he were to scan them from afar something similiar to magic would translate, encode and then decode this. Revealing his location and can be used to get into his head if he is that careless. He had placed them in three locations before heading out using a wind elemental crystal to fly up to the roof of one of the towers to look on the ongoing fight... However when he got up there it felt like his soul had been forcibly taken and shifted from one reality to another in which a body, that was similiar to his nightmare existance was created to store him in an instant. (not sure if this is what your limbo world did to the others but it will be so since he can only exit the realms with his ability unless its the soul going instead.) Once in this new dimension and finally regaining his mind from the forced soul theft he noticed a foggy image retrieve into the forest. He had not yet accustomed to the world he currently had set foot in, this new body had not adjusted neither had he. So he took a moment to readjust before he finally saw clearly.. The first things he took notice of was Emerald's appearance which was of a pegasus. Although it was strange he didn't question it, his eyes could be playing tricks or an illusion was set upon him or this world. After this he finally spoke up ''So, may i ask of thee all to explain thine moment?''

@,@, Nerlate had been quiet the whole time just listening he put the necklace in his bag, he then turned to Emerald ''I assume you know the way? Sadly I am not familiar with pony lands exception of my own. I also ask of you if we are going by air, foot or by transport'' he said this then added a bit at the end ''If you want we could discuss this outside.'' he then patiently waited for her to either go, in which if she did he would follow. If she didn't he would get his answer then exit the building.

@,@@reader8363, Nerlate stared at the creature but before he could tell him his name the armor interrupt- wait, the armor interrupted him? Oh, it must have been a knigh- No... There is no breathing, there is also the feeling empty void surrounding him. Nerlate responded to this Saturn and likewise to Shadow ''Although originally I had no name I now do, The name was and will be Nerlate Yregne. I'd appreciate you to cal me by Nerlate as is custom.'' he then paused to help his newfound comrades to settle before he continued responding to his last question, of why he was late. Or rather, that he shouldn't have kept them waiting which he took as a reason to explain why ''Pardon my lateness, I live quite far away and wasn't at home when the message arrived. Therefore i was late in leaving my home, this caused me to be to some extent late.''

@, @@reader8363, Nerlate had walked for a very long time when he had finally arrived outside the castle ''Couldn't they have asked someone closer...'' he walked into the castle entrance and then to the throne room. Inside the throne room he at this moment saw an armor that seemed to be on display, then a portal or something of sorts opened allowing a creature... No a pony... No, Its most likely something like himself, although its body, shape... Inner structure are completly different. Yet, they are mostly the same. But not in the sense of abilities or biologically. Nerlate then walked up to the pony and the armor after the creature in front of him seemed to have spoken to himself. He asked a question to this creature whom was the only one here in his thoughts ''Excuse me, are you another one. Another who was called by the royal highness to deal with... Some unfortunate existance.'' his voice seemed devoid of all emotions, as if they were never in existance in the first place, like a robot's voice... Only more living, normal to say the least but still not quite normal.
