In regards to the books I mentioned, a lot of them are good and worth reading but I think I'd have to recommend reading them online if you read any at all. I personally love to have the physical book in my hands, but that's a bit of a pricey route.

Oh? What anime have you been watching? I don't normally like recommending anime to people because they usually have a list of about 100 that they are already trying to find the time to watch, but if this is one you might be interested in I'd recommend Angel Beats. It's pretty short, 12 or 13 episodes I think, and I absolutely loved it. (I may have binge watched it all in one sitting over the course of 5 hours ... 3 times )

I love having a physical book in my hands as well  although I rarely get myself to actually read as much as I'd like these days 

Yeah, I didn't want to have both, but that's just my timing for ya!  heh 

And as far as anime goes,I've watched evangelion, four seasons of JoJo, and a few other things 

I'm always looking for new shows to watch 

I'm the opposite, I spend too much time reading.

I think I watched a bit of Evangelion before, but it's been a long time and I don't remember much except giant mechs. I've kinda faded out of the anime scene over the last couple years.
