      It's been another pretty good day, I saw my sister and her family again (I haven't visited them as much as I usually do), now I'm just relaxing. And we finally have good weather here! :D

    I think it's time this pone went to sleep! :muffins: wanna be up a little earlier so I can spend time with you all before I head to work :rarity: but unfortunately I have to head in early tomorrow- a charity group is coming in to do a trash pickup, and I've been told to use this as an opportunity to toss all our large garbage 

    Goodbye huge broken 80s wood paneled projector screen TV! ^_^:D bye garbage 90s printers! 

    Anyways, I'll see you all in the morning, well, morning for me ^w^

    I have this new amazing ability that I picked up on my vacation a couple weeks ago. It's something I don't think I've ever encountered before, and it's wondrous :kindness:

    Whenever I start to feel down, or the people around me start to be their nasty, misery-loves- company selves, I think back to a place where I was just one of many just like me, the place that this forum lead me to, and in turn helped me to understand even more about how much I care about this place :rarity:

    I think I found hope? Whatever it is, it's made me realize that I can get to where I wanna be if I believe 

     

    Thanks for that my friends, I couldn'tve made it to this without you :D💞

    Now time for me to head to work, and then gym! I'm planning on changing my schedule tonight, so I can be up more in the morning- I wanna spend more time here with you all :rarity:

    Well, I've made it through the second day! :D feeling super excited about this whole thing

    of course it being the second day, my left leg was talking to me in a rather harsh tone, but thankfully I learned how to work through it's hissy fit beforehand! 

    Although I didn't get to do my full session in the sauna tonight, when I say back up from lying down, my back tried to pinch and I pulled the ripchord on the evening :lie:^_^ still got about ten solid minutes in, just didn't get to stretch :muffins: 

     

    And now I'm living a life of luxury- folding laundry! :crackle:

    Horray!! I survived my first day back to the gym! :kindness: I actually went better than I could've ever dreamed!! I was able to do all my old routine- I even experienced the ever illusive exercise high for the first time OWO and oh man!! Can that feel amazing! :D

    I'm so glad I've started to go back, it's time I start caring about myself as much as I do my friends and family! ^_^
