too tired to write a long thoughtful note (even though i want to)  goodnight sweethearts  <3  

I cannot contain the sense of overwhelming joy- of sweet fulfillment. I have returned! At long last, my journey to find myself has ended at the very doorstep from which it started. It feels so long ago that I last walked these roads, flew these skies, felt this familiar warmth against my coat; I can hardly contain my elation! 

My heavenly body, dearest engine of life! I see my untimely departure was not lost on my sweet sibling- only one with the same strength of spirit and magic could keep the sun in such good affairs! I must hurry home. It has been far too long since I have embraced her- to see her loving familial gaze- I have missed it so!  




Everyone I pass, they fill my heart with love with their well wishings of warm welcome! I have missed them all so much, but I cannot dally! I long to greet my nocturnal sister! Oh how happy she will be! There will likely be no rest this night, the two of us will be catching up so much, I'm confident my bright celestial body will beat me to bed!!

... I don't understand..... my hearty hug, met with hardly a reaction at all... 

My longing and loving visage... left longing still...

... I know I let the kingdom down, leaving in such states, but to find Luna in such a-

 

she retreats from me........ I get hardly a look of mild interest, then an embrace that feels... 

hollow

without sharing more than her hoof steps on the palace floor, she is gone, away to her chambers...

what has happened? 




 

I have been training to make my Astral Projections last longer, and I also want to get them out faster.

So I did some research, and there are 2 big thing astral travelers have noted to improve their success. Either experiencing sleep paralysis, or having lucid dreams. I decided upon lucid dreaming since that's incredibly useful in my spiritual work, and because I already knew a few things about it. Also, sleep paralysis can cause issues if you don't change your sleeping habbits and I'd rather not take the risk.

Anyways, I actually stumbled across this phone app called Awoken, that has everything you could do to optimize your chances of Lucid dreaming and more. It has a dream journal that the app reminds you every morning to write down your dream in. I swear if I didn't see the notification, I would've never remembered my incredibly odd dream. Anyway, during the day it randomly plays this sound and when you hear it, you're supposed to check to see if you're dreaming. Then it plays the same sound at night, hopefully getting you to make the same reality checks in your dream. More than likely, getting yourself to ask the question while in a dream, you'll go lucid.

Anywho, it's supposed to take an average of 2 weeks with this app, so wish me luck

And I can safely assume that I am, in fact, awake and this is real
