But i gotta ask, does this hot stomach come with anything else, like vomiting or other things?

Also, do you have any history of anxiety or panic attacks?

Nope, it's just my stomach sometimes feeling really hot and uncomfortable. It goes away after a while.

Well, in my opinion, i think there is probably something with your digestive system, that is affecting your whole body, which is my best guess. But it also could be something with your blood or your heart, considering you say that you said you're constantly exhausted if you do simple labours.

My advice would be that you go to your doctor as soon as possible and i think he can tell it to you better then me and since it's going for over a week now, it should be a bit worrying.
