While Amber wasn't paying much attention to the conversation, her ears did perk up when she heard about her being able to use the suit as well. "W-wait what?" She awoke from her daze. "But Solar that's your suit...you don't need to worry about me." She blushed at the thought, but still felt adamant that it was Solar's suit. Even if she did love wearing it. But even then, that was more because of the smell than anything else.

Very good on Hasbro's part! Perhaps it might be a little less weird going to buy any pony toys when they are actually being aimed at a wider, less gender-centric demographic. -

Well to each their own I suppose, Halo 5 has been the most fun I've had in about 4 years of gaming. Also Grifball, Assualt, Fiesta and CTF playlists are coming this month so they are there. And a few of the points you mentioned exist because of community feedback rather than their incompotence (such as not seeing the enemy team in the opening lobby). I'm not going to rant though, but the game is still being played and there is a ton there that people are still enjoying.

Amber refrained from ruining the atmosphere in the room by opening her mouth. Instead she slipped in through the door and relaxed up against a wall on the other side of the room. She wasn't surprised to see technology everywhere crammed into the tiny space. Typical Scarlett. She decided to spend the time thinking over what Solar had told her, rather than paying attention to the conversation between mother and daughter currently underway.

Fortress Craft on the indie game section of the 360. Absolutely adored that game basically minecraft but with much better graphics, loads of building tools at your disposal like diggers and builders as well as free servers n stuff X3 -
"To you maybe..." She muttered, barely audible. "Sure thing. It's not like we're actually doing anything here anyway." Amber pointed out, grinning. "And plus, it could be fun. She always seems to have some wacky tale to tell or whatevs. Well...I guess it'll be fun as long as that tale doesn't involve science." She sighed. "Which it probably will."

Amber froze a moment at Solar's query. She held her tongue, but kept her cool. "I...just don't like unicorns." Amber shrugged nonchalantly. "Never really have. I'm not that bothered about it, but there's just something iffy about them. Ugh." She shook her head, sliding further down the wall.

"Oh Solar..." Amber's face darkened and she dropped her smile. She shuffled a bit closer to her marefriend. "Hey, look, don't ever think I'd do something like that to you. You at least don't have to worry about that." She offered a calm smirk. "I guess...it's all about being more careful with who you date. Rich ponies aren't usually the best kind to date because of that kind of thing. And he was a unicorn too, so you can't expect much from them." She leaned against the nearby wall, fussing with her mane.

"Yeah, in private." Amber smiled in reply. "But frankly, yet again, I have no idea what we're doing. Lightning's just left us and literally I dun' science, so I have no clue how to busy myself. Uh.." She bit her lip as she tried to think. Why did they always find themselves in this position of uselessness. But then, Amber remembered something. "Wait...Solar? You never did tell me what you meant earlier. Y'know, about the whole jealousy thing."

"Oh dear me no, the rest of your body is just...perfect. Amber leaned in close to Solar so that her mouth was right beside the pegasus' ear. "Between you and me, you got the best body here. But seriously, if we're not careful we're gonna tick off every last pony here with our...ministrations."

Really? I'm a good kisser...wow, beginner's luck is something mighty strong... "Practice? Uh, of course! Yeah! Because I...totally...have had a r-relationship before..." Amber laughed nervously, trying to hide her blush. "B-but I'm sure my kisses don't feel nearly as good as yours do. Why, your lips are all I need to keep me happy." She confirmed her statement with a quick peck on Solar's lips, smiling.

"I'm a pretty easy gal to to win over." Amber grinned between kisses. "Some ponies might not fall for the mushy stuff, but I like to at least give some...rewards for trying." She giggled as she placed another kiss down. "And I'm especially thankful you're able to cheer me up all the time like this." She couldn't stop the devilish smirk that swept across her face. "And it sounds like you're enjoying the reward so far~"

Amber let out something which seemed like a mixture of a cough, crying and a laugh at Solar's remark. "killing me with love? Sweet Celestia, Solar, when did you get so cheesy?" She reached her head up and nuzzled her marefriend's neck, planting soft kisses up and down it. "I kinda like it~"

Amber welcomed the hoof that began running through her mane, letting out a deep breath and resting her head against Solar's chest. "That's nice and all Sparkie, but I doubt it's much use." She uttered quietly. "You can tell me its not my fault all you want. You can tell me you're alive all you want...but I've been carrying the weight on my shoulders for so long, I don't know any different. And nothing's gonna take away the pain."

"Pfft...what didn't happen?" Amber fell to the floor, muttering to herself. "There wasn't a squad anymore. Classes were long. Every day just another...empty and pointless twenty-four hours of existence. Sure, in time, everypony forgave me but do you understand what it's like living with all that pent-up guilt?" Amber's lower lip trembled as she spoke. The cold edge to some of her words perfectly displayed her anguish. "I...I was a murderer!! I bucking got a squadmate killed out of my own idiocy! Corbulo has a fatality rate of 0.01%! I was literally the first leader in 20 years to get a pony killed in training!" She shouted. Not at anypony in particular. More to the wall than anything. "I-I..."

"Oh no, I mean, it's perfectly normal!" Amber raised her hooves in the air in annoyance. "I fully expect to find a friend that I buried in a grave on the outskirts of Canterlot to be alive and well, on the same project as me on a distant planet, and absolutely TOTALLY fine with everything!" She grunted, rolling her eyes. "I'm sure there's an absolutely wonderful story behind all that."

"Jeez Solar and I thought I was gonna be the clingy one in this relationship." Amber giggled, whipping around to lock lips with her marefriend. She hugged her and let out a deep breath as she let herself sink into the kiss. How did it take me so long to realise how amazing this is?
