    I don't think anyone should have gone to the Crystal Empire except for Twilight and Starlight. I'd rather the mane five be excluded entirely instead of just being there to fill space.

      Yeah, everyone did their part....it's just that most of those parts were really minor. In any case, I really hate the notion that Starlight is now more important to the show than the mane five are.

      i hope some day the show would emphasize the importance of mane 5 them saving twilight of something because twiligth seems to be the powerhouse running all premieres and finales under her rule

      Starlight's role in the episode was mostly to help bring Sunburst out of his shell to help. She helped out alongside Twilight and the Alicorn sisters true, but it was through her renewed friendship with Sunburst that really saved the day. Also, she was given the spotlight as a means to help justify and give the reformed Starlight a better spot for folks to grow to.
