Handwriting or typing? Either way, let your hand rest for a while, and if it hurts or feels like it does, take a mild painkiller. It should suffice. If the pain is severe enough that it affects your daily routine, I'd recommend seeing a doctor.

Handwriting but it's not really that bad.. It normally hurt for a minute or 2.. Depends on how much writing I do.

Just let it rest for half an hour. Otherwise, you CAN risk some pretty bad damage if you're getting cramps like that

ALso eat a banana. The potassium helps.
