    Except it's not. Big Jim has gone on record saying that it's targeted towards little girls. Not that there's anything wrong with people outside that demographic enjoying it (I mean, I wouldn't exactly be here if I thought otherwise). But there's nothing that dictates that certain clothes must be restricted to one gender.

    Isn't that more or less a given thing regardless of if they change the names or not? I mean, the names are the least of the things they're gonna change. There's talk about Twilight being an earth pony, for example.

    The first episode. It's the one meant for introducing people to the show after all. I feel like this is a very poor choice. Not only does it set the wrong expectations for the series as a whole but it's also gonna ruin one of the best aspects of season 4, namely the mystery of the rainbow keys.

    Yes. If anything arbitrary restricting certain clothes to one gender is the actual weird thing. Also, I find it a bit odd that you would find cross-dressing to be "one of the weirdest things humans do". After all, how is a man wearing a skirt any weirder than, say, a 16-year-old guy liking friendship is magic?

    I've been tired of them since their second appearance. Granted, that was more because the writers decided to remove everything even remotely interesting about them and turned them into generic conmen. Which is a shame, since they were probably the most interesting "villains" the show had IMO.

    You don't need guns or motorcycles to be edgy, so I don't really see your point. Like, everything about Tempest, from her backstory to her personality to her design, just screams edgelord. I don't think it's fair to completely ignore that just because she isn't the same kind of edgy character that Shadow is.

    So is there an option for reporting a user's profile rather than a specific post? I vaugely remeber such a feature existing back in the day but I'm unable to find it.

    So the gofundme for Trump's wall has already raised over 15 million dollars, it'd be pretty impressive if it wasn't so sad.

    There's no such chance. Even if the fandom were capable of starting up such a project, Hasbro will get it shut down faster than you can say copyright infringement.

    That people who break copyright law not only complain about youtube removing their videos due to said copyright infringement but that they then also generally get painted as the victims.

    That's at best changing the defination to fit the goal. Just because we don't understand something doesn't mean it's magic. It's like saying that unicorns used to exist since people used to think the horn of narwhales were actually unicorn horns.

    Nah, we just have the lowest standards.

    First, I'd question where Hasbro was getting all the money from. Say what you want about Studio Ghibli, but their movies aren't exactly cheap. For example, Spirited away had a budget of roughly 19 million dollars (and that seems to be one of the less expensive ones). And while I'm not sure how much money Hasbro gets from MLP these days, I'll doubt it's enough that they're willing to throw away that amount of money on it. Secondly, I'd question why Studio Ghibli would accept the offer. It's not like they gain anything out of it or have a reputation of adapting the work of other companies.

    No, it was never estblished that Fluttershy was a weeb. Yes, the paper cut-outs in that episodes were referances to some anime. But that's all they were, referances. They aren't meant to be taken at face vaule. I mean, there is an minecraft referance is skyrim but that doesn't mean that those games take place in the same world.

    This attitude always irks me. I get that this generation isn't perfect, but no one is. It's just cool to hate on the current one because people like to view the previous ones with rose tilted glasses. In a couple of years, there'll be a bunch of Gen Z's saying their generation sucks and had you been born in the 80's or 70's you would think that generation sucked.

    No, the show have gotten pretty bad in the later seasons if you ask me. So it's better to end it's misery now than watch it get worse. Besides, 9 seasons are plenty. Most shows I like get like 1.

    Why do you think that? I get why South Korea would ban japanese media, but why on earth would they ban mlp? It just makes no sense.

    Nah, if nothing else than because it goes against my religious beliefs as silly as that might seem.

    Cool, except that the software they're using to flag porn flags everything from sfw fan art to blogs talkig about lgbt+ issues so it should bother you regardless if you like seeing sexual content or not.

    Arguably, but that's not really relevant here. The issue isn't that demons would be involved, it's that these demons would be friendly. That's not to say I'm fully against the idea of there being a monstrous yet friendly pony race, just that I don't want them to be called demons.

    No. Maybe I'm a bit biased what with me being a Christian and all, but I'm not a huge fan of the idea of demons being portrayed as friendly creatures.

    Men certainly face both sexism and double standards. For example, the court system is much more lenient when it comes to women. They do, just casually mention the feminism movement and you'll have no shortage of people complaining about sexism against men.
